Aroma of grandma' s delicious Apple Pies
And that is how it is made. Ingredients which need : 1 kg apple, 7 dl white wine, 2 packets vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons cornflour, 60-80 gr sugar, 4 dl cream.
For the dough : 120 gr butter, 125 gr sugar, 250 gr flour, 1 egg, 1 package vanilla sugar, ½ package baking powder.
Grate 1 kg of apple and sprinkle with lemon.
Dough, let rest, then put it in a buttered springform pan and raise the edge at least 5 cm.
Mix in 2 dl of white wine, 2 packets of vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons of cornflour and 60-80 gr of sugar. Bring the remaining wine to a boil with ¼ l, add the mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil again and add it hot to the apples.
Put in a preheated oven at 180° on the middle rack and bake for about ½ hour. Let stand overnight in the form.
Next day, mix 4 dl of cream with a little sugar, then spread the mixture over the cake and top with cocoa powder.
