Friends of hive, a new post, a new experience and more in this incredible community that gives the opportunity to show what each person does when cooking, and show that it is art, hands are essential and we can do many things with them, I want to show you a tutorial of a super divine Chop Suey that I made at home to share with my family, in 5 steps I will show you how to make a Chop Suey that will leave you wanting to do it every day, it really is something delicious, the flavor that the seasonings give, there are ingredients that are necessary so let's see the step by step:
Paso 1: para realizar nuestro rico Chop Suey vamos a necesitar: Repollo, zanahoria, pimentón, salsa oscura, aceite, ajinomoto, el ajinomoto es una sal que es la esencial para realizar este Chop Suey tan rico. Lo primero que haremos será lavar todos los ingredientes para luego ir a picar los en julianas, picaremos el pimentón, la zanahoria, el repollo, en julianas y con mucho cuidado, procurando que los pedazos no sean tan grandes pero tampoco tan pequeños.
Step 1: To make our delicious Chop Suey we will need: Cabbage, carrots, paprika, dark sauce, oil, ajinomoto, the ajinomoto is a salt that is essential to make this delicious Chop Suey. The first thing we will do is wash all the ingredients and then we will chop them in julienne, we will chop the paprika, the carrot, the cabbage, in julienne and very carefully, making sure that the pieces are not so big but not so small either.
Paso 2: Picaremos la zanahoria en julianas también, luego de haber picado todo en julianas Procederemos a freír la zanahoria, seguida de el pimentón y por último añadí dos salchichas para dar un sabor a la carne, entonces freímos todo en orden. No es que vamos a añadir todos los ingredientes en el sartén y vamos a freír, no, así no se hace, vamos a freir uno por uno, por lotes, primero uno y luego otro y lo vamos a ir colocando en plásticos cada uno por separado.
Step 2: We will chop the carrot in julienne also, after having chopped everything in julienne we will proceed to fry the carrot, followed by the paprika and finally I added two sausages to give a flavor to the meat, then we fry everything in order. It is not that we are going to add all the ingredients in the pan and we are going to fry, no, that is not the way to do it, we are going to fry one by one, in batches, first one and then another and we are going to place them in plastic each one separately.
Paso 3: montaremos a hervir una olla en donde vamos a echar el repollo para colocarlo a hervir, ésto hará que el repollo se ablande ya que el es algo duro, entonces lo colocamos a hervir en la olla y lo tapamos, luego de que esté ya blando lo sacaremos y colaremos para separar el agua del repollo que vamos a usar, luego de haber sacado el repollo hervido lo colocaremos a freír también, lo colocamos a freír y lo vamos volteando. Vamos a necesitar aceite ya que todo aquí es frito.
Step 3: we will mount to boil a pot where we will put the cabbage to boil, this will make the cabbage to soften as it is somewhat hard, then we put it to boil in the pot and cover it, after it is already soft we will remove it and strain it to separate the water from the cabbage that we will use, after removing the boiled cabbage we will put it to fry too, we put it to fry and we will turn it over. We will need oil since everything here is fried.
Paso 4: Luego de que ya esté bien frito el repollo, Procederemos a añadirle todas las cosas que ya freímos, la zanahoria, el pimentón, la salchicha, todo lo añadimos a la Paila dónde freímos el repollo.
Step 4: After the cabbage is well fried, we will proceed to add all the things that we already fried, the carrot, the paprika, the sausage, everything we add to the Paila where we fried the cabbage.
Paso 5: lo que haremos será mezclar muy bien todas las cosas que están en la Paila, mezclamos muy bien hasta que todo quede bien unido, mezclamos muy bien, luego de mezclar Procederemos a añadirle la salsa oscura, y seguimos meneando para que cubra todo el Chop Suey, y por último vamos a echarle lo que será la sal de ajinomoto, ésto dará el toque rico, meneamos muy bien y ya está listo nuestros divino Chop Suey para comerlo, éstos son los sencillos pasos que necesitamos hacer para cocinar éste plato tan rico, así que no tardes en hacer ya el tuyo.
Step 5: what we will do is to mix very well all the things that are in the Paila, we mix very well until everything is well united, we mix very well, after mixing we will proceed to add the dark sauce, and we continue stirring so that it covers all the Chop Suey, and finally we are going to add the ajinomoto salt, this will give the rich touch, stir well and our divine Chop Suey is ready to eat, these are the simple steps we need to do to cook this delicious dish, so do not delay in making yours.
