Hello dear readers; I am happy to share this publication of my lifestyle; I am here asking the question: How would my day be without drinking coffee? I think it would be a bad day because coffee gives me that energy to start a day on the right foot; for me drinking coffee in the morning is like a hug trapped in a cup that contains coffee. Really my lifestyle is to consume coffee and I feel happy to drink it; I really enjoy it.

Hola apreciados lectores; me encuentro feliz de compartir está publicación de mi estilo de vida; estoy aquí planteando la pregunta ¿Cómo sería mi día sin tomar café? yo creo que mal día ya que el café de da esa energía para comenzar un día con buen pie; para mi tomar café en las mañanas es como un abrazo atrapado en una taza que contiene café. Realmente mi estilo de vida es consumir café y me siento feliz al tomarlo; de verdad lo disfruto.

Once my cup of coffee was served; the conversation about drinking coffee with or without sugar came up.

Una vez servido mi taza de café; salio la conversación sobre tomar café con o sin azúcar.

I added a teaspoon of sugar, when it is a large cup of coffee then I add two teaspoons. It is no secret that all excesses are bad and even more so when we talk about sugar because its excessive consumption increases the arrival of diseases and deterioration of our organism. I conclude here that I must lower the consumption of sugar in my beverage routine.

Le añadí una cucharadita de azúcar, cuando es una taza grande de café entonces le añado dos cucharaditas. Para nadie es un secreto que todos los excesos son malos y más aun cuando hablamos de azúcar porque su consumo excesivo aumenta la llegada de enfermedades y deterioro de nuestro organismo. Concluyo aquí que debo bajar un poco el consumo de la misma en mi rutina de bebidas.

Tener una máquina en casa para preparar café expresso es una total ventaja; el café siempre te quedará con buen sabor, sin duda es una maravilla.

Surgió otra elección si quería el café negro o café con leche; a mí me gustan ambos. Inicio tomando café negro y después me tomo otro café pero este con leche. Así me complacieron en este día.

I start my mornings with a cup of coffee and thanking God for being alive at dawn. This morning I could not refuse the invitation of that special person who invited me to spend a different day and was in charge of preparing coffee for our pleasant conversation.

Mis mañanas las inicio con una taza de café y agradeciendole a Dios por amanecer viva. En esta mañana no pude rechazar la invitación de esa persona especial que me invito a pasar un día diferente y se encargó de preparar café para nuestra amena conversación.
