Delicioso pan de plátano // Delicious banana bread [ESP-ENG]
Hola hivers, aquí me encuentro sin miedo al éxito; compartiendo una receta que realice por primera vez y me gusto los resultados por esta razón a través de estas fotografías podrán ver toda la elaboración. Para los amantes del plátano esta receta fácil de elaborar. Sin mas demora empecemos. Necesitaremos:
- Dos plátanos verdes.
- Polvo de hornear. (1 cucharadita)
- Aceite de coco ( 1 cucharada)
- Huevos (4)
- Semillas de chia ( 1 Cucharada) para decorar.
- Mantequilla (1 Cucharada)
El procedimiento es sumamente sencillo, picamos los plátanos verdes en trozos pequeños o en rodaja e incorporamos todos los ingredientes en el vaso de una licuadora y ponemos a licuar. Previamente en un molde de hornear lo engrasamos de mantequilla y vertimos el licuado en dicho molde, seguidamente lo llevamos al horno por 45 minutos a 250 grados. El resultado te encantara; un pan delicioso y esponjoso.
Esta es una receta ideal para las personas que iniciaron una alimentación sin harina de trigo ya sea porque les cae mal en su organismo o porque quieren bajar de peso; en los siguientes días les estaré compartiendo otras recetas similares a esta; ya que a mi me encanta todo lo sencillo de preparar y con ingredientes que generalmente tenemos en la despensa. Previously we grease a baking pan with butter and pour the blended mixture into the pan, then we bake it in the oven for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. You will love the result; a delicious and fluffy bread.
