Even though it is an ornamental plant, red pineapple is still a fruit and can be eaten
Books really like plants and trees. And I actually didn't really like it, but after working as an architect, it turns out that to create a neat and beautiful environment, plants and trees are needed. What's more, I have to be a 'key person' in a big project, where a park/garden in this project has many types of plants and trees. And I really liked it, even though I wasn't directly involved in holding the plants. But my mother really likes it.....
In my house, there are 3 gardens: in front of the fence, in front of the house and on the side. And there are lots of plants there. It looks like everything... Fruits, flowers... and there are some that are interesting to me. Actually, this plant (my mother said) has been around for a long time, but I didn't see it, because the place was in front of the fence and was a bit secluded. Also maybe it wasn't fruiting at that time, so it wasn't 'visible'......
A few weeks ago, I was sitting in the car while my driver was picking up things left in front of the fence, suddenly I realized... I quickly took the camera, and I looked on the internet. It turns out that this fruit (he said!) symbolizes good luck.....is the Red Pineapple.....
This is my mother's red pineapple. It grew up on the side of the road, and in my mother's words, was 'accidentally planted'. For me, the red color is very attractive. And apparently, there seem to be several types of red pineapples.
Pineapples are generally a tropical fruit with low humidity. Can live in direct or partial sunlight. Red pineapples are on average smaller in size than regular pineapples. The pineapples are between three and five months old. The base of the fruit is surrounded by several smaller shoots. The shoot at the end of the fruit sometimes has more than one branch. Usually, red pineapple which has branching fruit shoots and is surrounded by small shoots that grow evenly and well, is a target. The price is expensive because it cannot be engineered.
For ethnic Chinese, red pineapples bring good luck to their owners. I don't know what his 'luck' is, but what is clear is that this red pineapple is indeed beautiful. Some people also say that red pineapple can be used to treat "smart people". This is a red pineapple in front of my fence. The leaves are evenly tinged red, and the 'flesh' is also only reddish (not contrasting red). Look, underneath it turns out there are '3 future children'... and my mother immediately took them to move them to another place.
