Rica Mermelada de Guayaba/ Rich guava jam

Hola queridos Hivers.💓
Espero se encuentren muy bien y hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como hacer una rica mermelada de Guayaba.

Hello dear Hivers.💓
I hope you are very well and have had an excellent weekend. Today I want to share with you how to make a delicious Guava jam.

Ingredientes:
1Kg. Guayaba
2 tazas de azúcar
Vainilla

Ingredients:
1Kg. Guava
2 cups of sugar
Vanilla

Lo primero que haremos es lavar bien las guayabas picarlas por la mitad y colocarlas a cocinar hasta que estén blandas.

The first thing we will do is wash the guavas well, chop them in half and place them to cook until they are soft.

Seguidamente la licuamos con la ayuda de la licuadora y colar con la ayuda de un colador.

Then we liquefy it with the help of the blender and strain with the help of a strainer.

Colocamos en una olla preferiblemente Gruesa, colocamos un chorrito de vainilla. Dejamos cocinar por aproximadamente 30min sin dejar que se nos queme.

Place in a preferably thick pot, place a splash of vanilla. We let it cook for approximately 30 minutes without letting it burn.

Agregamos las dos tazas de azúcar y revolvemos poco a poco. A fuego lento, moviendo cada cierto tiempo. Previniendo que se nos queme. Y cuando ya esté oscuro o dependiendo de cómo les guste. Apagamos el fuego. Dejamos reposar, servimos en recipiente y a la nevera.

Add the two cups of sugar and stir little by little. Over low heat, stirring every so often. Preventing us from burning. And when it's dark or depending on how you like it. We put out the fire. Let it rest, serve in a container and in the fridge.
