Our Lunch Today

It is called paklay in Filipino. It's made up from the internal part of a cow or a goat. Today it is made from the goat part cooked by my sister.

I watched her how she clean it and put boiling water to remove the unnecessary smell . She put salt and cleaned it well before cutting it into small pieces. She cooked it perfectly delicious and no undesirable taste and smell. We are save and had a happy lunch together.
