Our Dinner Last Night
No meat and we went to all vegetables and eggs. Then I was also using sesame oil for the best cholesterol needed to our body.
Those were little amount of three recipes and no rice needed because of the boiled potatoes with eggs were there in yellow color. On the plate, it was a cubes potatoes with thinly sliced eggplant. Stir-frying with a lot of garlic, onions and ground black pepper. The last recipe was made up from garlic, onions, tomatoes and eggs. It completed our mild dinner and made us satisfied. Easy and healthy recipes we should know how to cook and serve to our beloved family. It is safe and better than those foods people are buying in any food chain online. If we want security of our intakes, let us cook our own foods.
