Native Lechon In the Province

My family in the province invited me to a birthday party. When I arrived there, they almost finished the native pig they roasted. It is called lechon baboy. They used native pig and it was their own raised pig. The taste has a big difference from the lechon we bought in the lechon house by kilo.

The whole body was almost finished and only the head is still intact. How I consumed a lot. I forgot my diet and keep on eating the lechon. I eat small amount of rice. There are so many foods but I focused on the native Lechon because, it only happen sometimes. Most lechon at this time are made from the big poultry and they are not eating green vegetables. The pig eats feeds and not from the farmland.

That is the difference from the pig at home and pig from the poultry.
