Monday Healthy Breakfast
Hard boiled eggs 2 pieces , slice when it done. Prepare a cubes cucumber added with a cup of unflavored yogurt, add minced garlic tiny amount of salt, black pepper and turmeric. Mix it all and and eat with the boiled eggs without carbohydrates.
Finished it with a glass iof fresh cows milk. See what you feel in your health when doing this two times a week.
