My favorite part of the chicken is the thigh and legs. I love eating the joint of bones in between. It has benefits when we have bones problem. The chicken's feet is also good for it.

I marinated the chicken with garlic, onions, venigar, lemon, black pepper and soy sauce, Add a little amount of sugar and salt according to your taste.

Using charcoal is the native way and it makes the taste better. Heat the metal first before dropping the marinated chicken into the metal grill to avoid sticking. Flip if occasionally to avoid burning outside but inside is still uncooked. When the colors turned golden brown, brush it with a mixture of oil and little amount of catsup and done.
