Caldereta For Lunch
One week long of having no meat in our daily recipes had been done successfully. It was part of the holy week traditional matters which was inherited by the old people.
Today is the day to rejoice and eating meat is lifted. We craved for a goat meat and they want my version of cooking calderita. It's a lucky day that I found goat meat in the market so I bought enough for us and cook. I mixed it with potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, onions, garlic and black pepper. I also used magic sarap to enhanced the taste.
This is our satisfying carderita today.
