Ci hanno resi disperati o c’è chi ci è sempre stato?

E’ un interrogativo che da più qualche giorno mi faccio dopo un voltafaccia subito.

Vi spiego.

Come sapete gioco a basket da circa 30 anni e se non lo sapevate, adesso lo sapete.
Praticamente dalla seconda elementare non ho saltato un anno di basket.
Ogni settembre ho sempre avuto l’euforia di ricominciare una nuova stagione.
Ma quest’anno dovevo capire già da tempo che non sarebbe stata una stagione fortunata.

Già dall’acquisto delle scarpe nuove.

Già, perchè verso Luglio, sotto saldi, sono andato in un Decathlon vicino casa mia e ho trovato un paio di scarpe in saldo della Tarmak della serie creata per la NBA.
Io sempre tifosissimo Bulls e Jordan, ovviamente avevo scelto quelle dei Bulls.
Ovviamente, per la n-esima Legge di Murphy, non c’era il mio numero, il 45, quindi ho dovuto ordinarle da un altro punto vendita.
Fatalità ho beccato una commessa che non capiva una mazza di NBA, quindi io ingenuamente in fase d’ordine le ho detto

• “Signorina vorrei quelle dei Bulls”
• “Quali mi scusi?”

Ok, ho capito che non capisci un cazzo di basket. Ottimo.

• “...ehm…quelle nere e rosse”
• “Ah, ok, queste?”

E mi mostra l’immagine dallo store on-line di Decathlon.

• “Si, esatto, quelle!”

Perfetto, avevo ordinato le mie scarpe per la nuova stagione ed erano della mia squadra NBA preferita. Fantastico!

Dopo un paio di settimane, sì, perchè da Roma a Roma ci hanno messo 2 settimane per arrivare…del tipo che se andavo a prendermele a piedi avrei fatto prima. Ma vabbè…

Dicevo, dopo un paio di settimane arrivano in negozio, vado a prenderle tutto contento, apro il pacco, dò una sbirciata dentro e sono quelle…o almeno sembrano…

Già, rientrando a casa, le tiro fuori dal cartone e SORPRESA!

Erano le scarpe degli Houston Rockets!!!!

Del tutto identiche a quelle dei Bulls, giuro, spiccicate! Cambiava solamente lo stemma della squadra sullo sfondo in serigrafia.
Praticamente se non capisci un cazzo di basket, sono esattamente due scarpe IDENTICHE!

Il che mi ha confermato che la commessa non capiva nulla di basket.

L’indomani mi sono recato nuovamente al Decathlon e ho chiesto di cambiare nuovamente le scarpe, tanto il campionato sarebbe iniziato a Settembre, quindi non avevo fretta.

Ma la commessa mi dice che le scarpe dei Bulls erano terminate in tutto il mondo…

Morale della favola, mi sono tenuto le scarpe dei Rockets.

E questo è soltanto l’inizio.

Il 26 di Agosto il responsabile della nostra squadra di basket, come ogni anno, chiama il proprietario del campo per prendere appuntamento e stabilire giorni e orario degli allenamenti.

• “Pronto?”
• “Ah, si ciao, pronto. Stavo proprio aspettando la tua telefonata”
• “Eh, si, grazie, mi hai detto di sentirci a Settembre per organizzare giorni e orari degli allenamenti”
• “Eh, io infatti volevo parlarti.Sono 10 giorni che volevo chiamarti. Volevo dirti che quest’anno non avete il campo perchè lo dò a un’altra squadra”
• “E perchè?”
• “Eh, perchè questi mi pagano di più e io con quello che mi danno in più ci copro una parte di spese della serie D”

La telefonata immagino continui con vari insulti del nostro responsabile al proprietario del campo che non sto qui a trascrivere.

Ieri sera, tramite vari passaparola, perchè il mondo del basket regionale è piccolo…molto piccolo, siamo venuti a sapere che durante gli spazi che erano destinati a noi, non ci va un’altra squadra che paga di più di noi, ma ci andranno altri ragazzi più alcuni scartati dalla serie D.
Quindi stanotte non ci ho dormito e mi sono messo a fare qualche calcolo.

Per mettere su una squadra per un campionato ci vogliono circa 15 persone.
Quindi.
15 persone militano nella serie D e come l’anno scorso si pagano il parametro per giocare (circa €350).
Poi per mettere su un’altra squadra servono altre 15 persone.
Parte, circa 4/5, saranno gli scarti della serie D e pagano come quelli della serie D perchè se gli dici che si devono pagare il parametro di serie D e in più anche una quota per un secondo campionato, quelli ti rispondono che continuano a fare la serie D e basta senza darti altri soldi.
Poi un’altra parte (10/11 persone) sono ragazzi che ti pagano una quota annuale per allenarsi e fare un campionato e che dovrebbero pagare intorno ai €450 annuali perchè a €500 vai dove vuoi a fare un campionato Federale di Promozione (ma avendo già la serie D non ha senso farne anche uno di Promozione perchè se dovessi vincere la Promozione non potresti avere poi 2 squadre in serie D).

Allora, stabiliamo che per un campionato di serie D servono circa €10.000 e forse anche qualcosa in più.
Stabiliamo che non prendiamo in considerazione le quote dei giocatori di serie D perchè quelle le avrebbe intascate comunque, andiamo a vedere quanto riscuote dai ragazzi che fanno l’altro campionato.
10 persone a €450 l’uno fanno €4.500
A questi dobbiamo sottrarre il costo minimo di un campionato che sta intorno ai €1.500
Il netto intascato da questi nuovi ragazzi sarebbe circa €3.000

Considerando il fatto che noi gli pagavamo €2.500 si ritrova €500 in più rispetto allo scorso anno da mettere sulla serie D.

Ma quello che mi chiedo io è: visto che è dal 2018 che giochiamo su quel campo, non sarebbe stato più giusto telefonarci a metà agosto dicendoci

• “Ragazzi, io ho questa possibilità, quindi quest’anno se volete rimanere su quel campo mi dovete dare €3.000 anzichè €2.500 altrimenti ci metto questi altri”

Oppure, ancora meglio

• “Ragazzi, io ho la possibilità di prendere questo gruppo di X ragazzi, riusciamo a fare 2 gruppi e fare 2 campionati in modo da integrarvi tra di voi?”

Tutto questo per €500 di differenza

They were the shoes of the Houston Rockets !!!!

Completely identical to those of the Bulls, I swear, stand out! Only the team crest in the silkscreen background changed.
Basically if you don't understand shit about basketball, they're exactly IDENTICAL!

Which confirmed to me that the clerk didn't understand anything about basketball.

The next day I went to the Decathlon again and asked to change my shoes again, as the championship would start in September, so I wasn't in a hurry.

But the saleswoman tells me that the Bulls' shoes were out of stock all over the world ...

Moral of the story, I kept the Rockets shoes.

On August 26th, the manager of our basketball team, like every year, calls the owner of the court to make an appointment and set days and times for training.

Last night, through various word of mouth, because the world of regional basketball is small ... very small, we learned that during the spaces that were intended for us, there is not another team that pays more than us, but they will go other guys plus some discarded from the D series.
So I didn't sleep in it tonight and I started doing some calculations.

It takes about 15 people to build a team for a championship.
Therefore.
15 people play in Serie D and, like last year, they pay the parameter to play (around € 350).
Then, to put on another team, another 15 people are needed.
Part, about 4/5, will be the scraps of the D series and they pay like those of the D series because if you tell them that you have to pay the series D parameter and in addition also a share for a second championship, they will answer you that they continue to do the D series and that's it without giving you any more money.
Then another part (10/11 people) are guys who pay you an annual fee to train and do a championship and who should pay around € 450 per year because at € 500 you go where you want to do a Federal Promotion Championship (but having already the D series, it makes no sense to also make a Promotion one because if you were to win the Promotion you could not have 2 teams in Serie D).

So, let's establish that for a Serie D championship you need around € 10,000 and maybe even something more.

• "Guys, I have the possibility to take this group of X guys, can we make 2 groups and do 2 championships in order to integrate you?"
