Organización y administración del tiempo en el emprendimiento 📝 ⏲ Organization and time management in entrepreneurship (Esp - Eng)
En su publicación Lo que soy para emprender - Cualidades en Pensamiento de Poder el amigo @emiliorios nos invita a evaluar las cualidades que poseemos y nos ayudan a emprender, iniciar un emprendimiento puede resultar un poco difícil, el miedo, la duda e incertidumbre nos aturde, pero luego de dar el primer paso se pueden ver las cosas con claridad y a medida que avanzamos podemos desarrollar las habilidades que tenemos y también usarlas a nuestro favor para impulsar el emprendimiento; considero que la organización y administración del tiempo son esenciales no solo cuando de emprender se trata, pues en nuestra vida la organización forma parte esencial de los quehaceres diarios para cumplir con las responsabilidades.
Al emprender no es diferente; ya que el tiempo constituye un elemento vital para atender a los clientes y tener los pedidos a tiempo cuando estos los soliciten; tomar un pedido requiere en primer lugar organización y esta a su vez una eficiente administración del tiempo para cumplir con el cliente y no fracasar en el intento.
In his publication What I am for entrepreneurship - Qualities in Power Thinking the friend @emiliorios invites us to evaluate the qualities that we possess and help us to undertake, starting a venture can be a little difficult, fear, doubt and uncertainty stuns us, but after taking the first step we can see things clearly and as we move forward we can develop the skills we have and also use them to our advantage to promote entrepreneurship; I believe that organization and time management are essential not only when it comes to entrepreneurship, because in our life organization is an essential part of the daily chores to fulfill our responsibilities.
In entrepreneurship is no different; since time is a vital element to serve customers and have orders on time when they request them; taking an order requires first of all organization and this in turn an efficient time management to meet the customer and not fail in the attempt.
Otra de las cualidades muy importantes para el emprendimiento es la constancia, una frase muy común dice: "Hay días buenos y no tan buenos", en este sentido se pone a prueba la constancia y empeño de la persona por llevar su emprendimiento al siguiente nivel; imaginemos la siguiente escena, Claudia inicia su emprendimiento de hamburguesas y la primera semana recibe muchos clientes, la comida se vende muy rápido y en menos del tiempo estipulado agotó el stock de insumos, para la semana siguiente se surte de materia prima para preparar las hamburguesas, pero estas no tienen la misma salida de la semana anterior.
Ella firme en su objetivo de avanzar busca nuevas estrategias de publicidad, arma combos a precios accesibles y decide hacer una parte de las hamburguesas por encargo, además agrega Delivery en sus pedidos, el plan funciona y nuevos clientes solicitan sus productos, Claudia amplía el menú y este tiene muy buena receptividad, las empanadas con varios rellenos se hacen conocidas en la zona y ahora solo vende Hamburguesas por encargo los fines de semana, el resto de los días su venta de empanadas agrupa a varios clientes en horas de la mañana frente a la parada de buses.
Another very important quality for entrepreneurship is constancy, a very common phrase says: “There are good days and not so good days”, in this sense the constancy and determination of the person to take his venture to the next level is tested; imagine the following scene, Claudia starts her hamburger venture and the first week receives many customers, the food sells very fast and in less than the stipulated time exhausted the stock of inputs, for the following week is supplied with raw material to prepare hamburgers, but these do not have the same output of the previous week.
She is firm in her objective to advance, she looks for new advertising strategies, puts together combos at affordable prices and decides to make part of the hamburgers to order, she also adds Delivery in her orders, the plan works and new customers request her products, Claudia expands the menu and this has very good receptivity, the empanadas with various fillings become known in the area and now she only sells hamburgers to order on weekends, the rest of the days her sale of empanadas groups several customers in the morning hours in front of the bus stop.
Analizando el ejemplo de Claudia, vemos que la constancia y creatividad le permitieron salir adelante en su emprendimiento.
El armar combos, diversificar sus productos y ofrecer una nueva versión de empanadas, además ubicarse en un lugar estratégico, trajo nevos clientes y lo que pudo ser un fracaso al no tener la misma salida de hamburguesas, se convirtió en una fortaleza pues con constancia y dedicación se fue posicionando en el mercado hasta tener su propio local.
Es importante tener claro los objetivos cuando queremos emprender y estar abiertos a nuevas opciones, en elcamino se presentan obstáculos y también soluciones, es aquí donde el emprendedor debe estar aguzado para analizar las situaciones, sacar el mejor aprendizaje de ellas y poner en práctica ideas funcionales e innovadoras que contribuyan al crecimientoy estabilidad del emprendimiento.
Si en lugar de mantenerse enfocada en su emprendimiento, Claudia hubiese desistido ante la primera dificultad, su emprendimiento estaría condenado al fracaso desde el inicio, en este contexto tener una visión clara de lo que se quiere alcanzar es de gran ayuda para crecer y tomar las decisiones adecuadas ante las dificultades.
Claudia's example shows that perseverance and creativity allowed her to succeed in her venture.
Putting together combos, diversifying her products and offering a new version of empanadas, as well as locating herself in a strategic place, brought new customers and what could have been a failure by not having the same outlet for hamburgers, became a strength because with perseverance and dedication she was positioning herself in the market until she had her own place.
It is important to have clear objectives when we want to undertake and be open to new options, on the way there are obstacles and also solutions, this is where the entrepreneur must be sharp to analyze situations, get the best learning from them and implement functional and innovative ideas that contribute to the growth and stability of the enterprise.
If instead of staying focused on her venture, Claudia had given up at the first difficulty, her venture would have been doomed to failure from the beginning. In this context, having a clear vision of what she wants to achieve is of great help to grow and make the right decisions in the face of difficulties.
