Hello traveler friends around the world, I hope you are well and have an excellent week, on November 27 is celebrated the birthday of the city of Cumana, for this occasion the main squares and avenues are decorated, various dance groups, theater and music congregate in Sucre Street to participate in the celebration.

The front stairs of the Santa Inés church are the stage where artists perform to pay tribute to the capital city of the state of Sucre. On the 508th birthday of the coastal city I had the opportunity to attend and see a beautiful exhibition of paintings showing landscapes of the city and the daily life of its inhabitants.

Hola amigos viajeros en todo el mundo, deseo se encuentren bien y tengan una excelente semana, el 27 de noviembre se celebra el cumpleaños de la ciudad de Cumaná, para esta ocasión se decoran las principales plazas y avenidas,diversos grupos de danza, teatro y música se congregan en la calle Sucre para participar de la celebración.

Las escaleras frontales de la iglesia santa Inés son el escenario donde los artistas realizan sus actuaciones para rendir homenaje a la ciudad capital del estado Sucre, en el cumpleaños 508 de la ciudad costera tuve la oportunidad de asistir y ve una hermosa exhibición de pintura que muestran paisajes de la ciudad y la vida cotidiana de sus habitantes.

The painting exhibition presents different social situations, a night painting where security agents search passersby, in the background you can see the silhouette of a mountain and numerous houses, according to the artist and exhibitor represents a well-known street of the city located in the historic center, the next painting shows a lady selling vegetables, dressed in an apron and cap to, later a picture of beautiful flowers and the famous street the scorpion, located in a cross street Sucre.

La exposición de pintura presenta diferentes situaciones sociales, un cuadro nocturno donde los agentes de seguridad requisan a los transeúntes, al fondo se puede ver la silueta de una montaña y numerosas viviendas, según el artista y expositor representa una conocida calle de la ciudad ubicada en el casco histórico, la siguiente pintura muestra a una señora vendiendo verduras, ataviada con delantal y gorro para, más adelante un cuadro de hermosas flores y la famosa calle el alacrán, ubicada en una transversal de la calle Sucre.

The last three paintings are my favorites, I love watching the sunset on the beach and this painting represents that beautiful landscape when the sun's rays take different shades and are reflected in the water creating a beautiful palette of colors, the painting of the sea turtle is the most beautiful, to give the effect of high relief they used earth and mesh on the shell and legs, I loved this painting the turtle looks very real, the painting of the colonial street shows the design of the houses and the abundant vegetation in the courtyards of these and the wooden roofs; It was very exciting to see this exhibition of paintings allusive to the city of Cumaná in commemoration of its 508 years.

Las tres últimas pinturas son mis favoritas, me encanta observar el atardecer en la playa y este cuadro representa ese hermoso paisaje cuando los rayos del sol toman diferentes tonalidades y se reflejan en el agua creando una hermosa paleta de colores, la pintura de la tortuga marina es la más hermosa, para darle el efecto de alto relieve usaron tierra y malla en el caparazón y la patas, me encantó este cuadro la tortuga se ve muy real, el cuadro de la calle colonial muestra el diseño de las casas y la abundante vegetación en los patios de estas y los techos de madera ; fue muy emocionante ve esta exposición de pinturas alusivas a la ciudad de Cumaná en la conmemoración de sus 508 años.
