El nacimiento es el evento más hermoso de la vida. Se espera con ansias la llegada de uno nuevo ser quien no solo te quitará el sueño en las noches sino también viene para llenarnos del más puro amor.

Lo que se vive luego del naciemiento es un proceso. Los padres tienen mucho por aprender durante el camino. Hay padres que no se cansan pero hay otros que se rinden y no aguantan.

Esto último me hace pensar en por qué y para qué traer un niño al mundo si no se le prestará la debida atención. Me parte el alma ver tantos niños en las calles pasando necesidad, sufriendo, obligados a cambiar su inocencia por maldad.

¡Los padres nunca deben rendirse!

Birth is the most beautiful event in life. You look forward to the arrival of a new being who will not only keep you awake at night but also comes to fill us with the purest love.

What you go through after birth is a process. Parents have a lot to learn along the way. There are parents who don't get tired but there are others who give up and don't stick it out.

The latter makes me think about why and why bring a child into the world if it will not be given due attention. It breaks my soul to see so many children on the streets in need, suffering, forced to trade their innocence for evil.

Parents must never give up!

Hablando con mi hermana sobre este tema hicimos varias críticas. No se justifica tener a los niños en las calles en situación de mendigos ni mucho menos lucrarse con el trabajo que hacen.

Sus ocupaciones se basan en pedir limosnas, vender chucherías, lavar carros e incluso ser mulas de algunos sinverguenzas aprovechadores. Aún muchos adultos no entienden del peligro que hay en las calles con los niños.

Siguiendo estas críticas por largo rato, a mi hermana y a mi nos vino otra situación de gran preocupación, dejar a los hijos en mano de la tecnología. ¿Hay diferencia entre dejar a los niños en las calles a dejarlos en manos de la vida virtual?

Personalmente creo que esta es una nueva forma de abandono. Los niños corren el mismo riesgo que en las calles si no son controlados.

Largas horas pasan los niños y niñas frente al computador, tablet o teléfono móvil. ¿Cuáles son las consecuencias?

Talking with my sister about this issue we made several criticisms. There is no justification for keeping children on the streets as beggars, let alone profiting from the work they do.

Their occupations are based on begging, selling trinkets, washing cars and even being mules for some shameless profiteers. Even many adults do not understand the danger that exists in the streets with children.

Following these criticisms for a long time, my sister and I came up with another situation of great concern, leaving our children in the hands of technology. Is there a difference between leaving children in the streets and leaving them in the hands of virtual life?

I personally believe that this is a new form of abandonment. Children run the same risk as on the streets if they are not controlled.

Children spend long hours in front of the computer, tablet or cell phone. What are the consequences?

Este preambulo viene a propósito de las informaciones e investigaciones que se vienen haciendo por el tema del proxenetismo en Venezuela.

Cada vez son más las niñas, niños y adolescentes que se involucran en este tipo de negocio delictivo donde los más astutos y vandidos se lucran de la prostitución. En estos día participé en un estudio donde mencionaron el tema y aunque cueste creerlo, sucede a diario.

Padres y representantes abandonan a sus hijos permitiendo uso ilimitado de Internet. Aunque parezca un discurso trillado y canson no debemos dejar de alzar la voz. El proxenetismo existe y llegó para atrapar a la población más vulnerable.

More and more children and adolescents are getting involved in this type of criminal business where the most astute and vandals profit from prostitution. These days I participated in a study where they mentioned the subject and although it is hard to believe, it happens every day.

Parents and representatives abandon their children allowing unlimited use of the Internet. Although it may seem a trite and canson discourse, we must not stop raising our voices. Pimping exists and it has arrived to trap the most vulnerable population.

Expuse el caso de una sobrina. Con apenas 15 años estaba reclutando adolescentes como ella para supuestamente llevarlas a Perú a trabajar ¿Quién las llevaría hasta allá? Obviamente, no sería mi sobrina que no cuenta con recursos para eso.

Alguien, una mente enferma estaba detrás de todo el macabro plan. Pero, más allá de eso, ¿qué otra cosa estaba ocurriendo? La descomposición familiar, la falta de comunicación, el abandono, la excesiva confianza y hasta la comodidad. Gracias a Dios, alguien de la familia estuvo atento y descubrió las andanzas de la adolescente.

Cosas como estas suceden a cada rato, por esta razón estamos atendiendo llamados para avanzar en estudios concernientes al tema a nivel comunitario.

I exposed the case of a niece. At only 15 years old, she was recruiting teenage girls like her to supposedly take them to Peru to work. Obviously, it would not be my niece who does not have the resources for that.

Someone, some sick mind was behind the whole macabre plan. But beyond that, what else was going on? Family breakdown, lack of communication, abandonment, overconfidence and even comfort. Thank God, someone in the family was attentive and discovered the adolescent's wanderings.

Things like this happen all the time, which is why we are responding to calls to advance studies concerning the issue at the community level.

Padres y representantes el abandono no solo implica lanzar a los niños a la calle, muchas veces dentro de la propia casa los dejamos sin ese calor humano, ni el apoyo en atención a sus necesidades. Pendientes, el proxenetismo está en la puerta de cualquier computador, tan solo pinchar una tecla puede ser la entrada.

Parents and representatives, abandonment does not only imply throwing the children to the street, many times within the home itself we leave them without that human warmth, nor the support in attention to their needs. Be aware, pimping is at the door of any computer, just by pressing a key can be the entrance.
