Como emprendedores en alguna oportunidad y por diversas razones aflojamos la cuerda de nuestros proyectos y por supuesto al poco tiempo vemos los resultados negativos que ello conlleva: las ventas bajan notablemente, los contactos profesionales (networking) se van silenciando, el interés por nuestro producto o servicio se va en picada, entre otros.
Mientras pensaba en este escrito venían a mi mente dichos y saberes del habla popular que lo ilustran muy bien, tales como: el que tiene tienda que la atienda y si no que la venda, el ojo del amo engorda al ganado y también en esa creencia, que es el sueño de muchos, de que los negocios marchan solo, cuestión que es posible solo cuando te has consolidado y tienes un equipo que respalde el hacer, porque lo que se dice marchar solo, sin nadie a la cabeza, no es del todo cierto.

As entrepreneurs at some point and for various reasons we loosen the rope of our projects and of course soon after we see the negative results that this entails: sales drop significantly, professional contacts (networking) are silenced, the interest in our product or service is plummeting, among others.
While I was thinking about this writing, sayings and wisdoms of popular speech came to my mind that illustrate it very well, such as: he who has a store should take care of it and if not, he should sell it, the master's eye fattens the cattle and also in that belief, which is the dream of many, that businesses run alone, a matter that is possible only when you have consolidated and have a team that supports the doing, because what is said to run alone, with no one at the head, is not entirely true.
Ejemplos hay muchos; sin embargo, hoy quiero comentarles sobre el caso muy particular de la comunidad @beentrepreneur, que sin ser un negocio como tal, sí es un proyecto con las características propias de un modelo de emprendimiento que implica crecimiento, consolidación, búsqueda de apoyos, estimulación a los inversores que, en este caso, son los creadores de contenidos que con su constancia en las publicaciones dinamizan la comunidad.
Como se expresa al inicio, la cuerda se aflojó, y por ciertas circunstancias, el equipo, durante tres meses, no pudo seguir el ritmo de las publicaciones y poco a poco la llama se ha ido apagando, arrojando indicadores de “quiebra” que como dice el argot popular: “hay que bajar la santa maría” porque lo que arroja es pérdida.
Para nosotros, en sentido literal, no hay pérdida, hay ganancia en el aprendizaje que nos ha dejado la experiencia y si tomamos la misión de la comunidad que es ser un espacio para compartir experiencias que nos ayuden a crecer como emprendedores, aquí estamos evaluándonos para reactivar el proyecto.
There are many examples; however, today I want to tell you about the very particular case of the @beentrepreneur community, which without being a business as such, is a project with the characteristics of an entrepreneurship model that involves growth, consolidation, search for support, stimulation of investors who, in this case, are the creators of content that with their consistency in publications energize the community.
As expressed at the beginning, the rope was loosened, and due to certain circumstances, the team, for three months, could not keep up with the pace of publications and little by little the flame has been extinguished, throwing indicators of "bankruptcy" that as the popular slang says: "you have to lower the saint mary" because what it throws is loss.
For us, in a literal sense, there is no loss, there is gain in the learning that the experience has left us and if we take the mission of the community, which is to be a space to share experiences that help us grow as entrepreneurs, here we are evaluating ourselves to reactivate the project.

La motivación está intacta. Como la causa de la ausencia está ligada a factores de tiempo, la motivación con la que nació la comunidad sigue intacta, para cada uno de los miembros del equipo el norte de la comunidad está claro, el factor tiempo retoma su ritmo para dar el nuevo impulso.
La experiencia emprendedora es constante. Cada emprendedor en su hacer cotidiano tiene diversas experiencias, tanto positivas como negativas, que le abre un abanico de oportunidades para explorar, aprender, crear, reinventarse, expandirse, basado en ello podemos afirmar que el tema emprendimiento es inacabable por lo que siempre tendremos a nuestra disposición material inédito para crear contenido.
Calidad del contenido. Los creadores de contenido que se acercan a la comunidad lo hacen bajo un alto criterio de calidad, aportando valor en cada artículo publicado desde su experiencia y conocimiento, lo que nos lleva a otra fortaleza.
La formación. Uno de los objetivos de la comunidad es que sea un referente para la formación del emprendedor y cada aporte de los creadores de contenido apunta a ello, constituyéndose en una fuente de conocimiento basado en la experiencia que ayuda al otro a fortalecerse tanto en el ámbito del ser como en el hacer emprendedor.

The entrepreneurial experience is constant. Content quality. The content creators that approach the community do so under high quality criteria, providing value in each article published from their experience and knowledge, which leads us to another strength.
Training. One of the objectives of the community is to be a reference for the formation of the entrepreneur and each contribution of the content creators aims at this, becoming a source of knowledge based on experience that helps others to strengthen both in the field of being and doing entrepreneur.
Con estas fortalezas @beentrepreneur reactiva su propuesta e invitamos a nuestros amigos –miembros a ser parte de ella a través de la creación de contenidos, creando con ello una sinergia de acompañamiento que nos conduzca a crecer y consolidarnos como emprendedores, dentro y fuera de Hive.
