Sharing love in a bowl of ice cream~ my homemade vanilla ice cream with toppings.

Hello friends,

It’s the season of love for most people. Well for me, love is celebrated everyday, minutes, seconds and even hour. I will be sharing an amazing desert, an Ice cream, full of love. Read along as I share my amazing ice cream recipe with just 5 ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • condensed milk
  • white granulated sugar
  • sweetened heavy whipping milk
  • vanilla flavor extract
  • chocolate chips
  • decorations

PREPARATION

  • I measured 5.5 cups of sweetened heavy whip cream into a mixer.

  • I mixed properly, until it turned from liquid milk to a creamy batter.

  • Look at the end result. This is the batter. Ensure not to mix too much, else the batter will turn into butter.

  • I added 0.5gram of white granulated sugar to the batter.

  • I added 2.5cups of sweetened condensed milk to the batter.

  • I added 1.5 tablespoon of vanilla extract flavor to the mixture containing the batter.

  • I used a spatula to mix them a little before using the machine mixer.

  • I folded the whole mixture using the machine mixer. I mixed until a uniform creamy color batter was formed.

  • I transferred the creamy batter into my ice cream bowl.

  • After transferring, I added my chocolate chips into the bowl of ice cream.

  • Here is what it looks like. After adding the toppings, I ensured it was air-tight and then I placed in the freezer for 6hrs for it to be properly frozen.

  • This is the I cream after 6 hrs. I scooped it using the ice cream scoop.

  • I served in a cup and sprinkled more toppings to give the ice cream it’s finishing look. Very delicious.
