Relationship Jist : Self Control

Everyone has come to that point of been angry or hurt by someone in one way or the other, what leaves you in control is your temper. The question arises, how can you control your temper when annoyed or how can self control play a part in annoyance?

I will be sharing some tips I apply to stay away from trouble or been hurt by someone so as not to warrant me into getting annoyed easily.

Study people
When you interact with people, study them too to find out their behaviors, you will get to know what he or she likes and dislikes then you act accordingly. Yes some people may even come to the point of deliberately getting you annoyed even though you have no issues with them.

Am sure people living in compounds together having neighbors are likely to face this issue than people leaving in demarcated building. What you do is avoid them at all means when they hurt you deliberately approach them and ask why. Some may even want to look for an opportunity to speak with you. Then if you are interested, you can go ahead with the conversation or not.

Control what you speak
You can hand over an issue to the appropriate authority to settle it and avoid saying terrible words to people when you are hurt especially your partner. It gets to inturn affect them too.

Love more than you hate
Love people more than you hate them. Do good to people often but be careful with them too. When you love people others who likes to be loved also loves you too. This is a win – win because you can share ideas, thoughts and even dreams together. This wouldn’t pave way for the presence of annoyance at all.

Avoid gossiping negative about people
When you gossip about people ensure is good jist and not something negatively or weak about the person. Especially if it doesn’t offers help to the person, do not gossip about such individual. It harbors hatred in your mind overtime towards such person.

Even though you may be communicating but there is still the hatred which may rise up anytime you feel hurt. Then if you are not the type that control the temper, you may be annoyed. Don’t say negative words about people.

Conclusion
I wrote this article due to the fact, sometimes when I come to realize what life presents as a form of code and conduct, I can’t hide it any more than make a post as regards to it. Today, I presented on controlling your temper as human even when you are been hurt by someone you love or don’t.
