Building Up A Child

Hello beautiful ladies of Hive, I hope you all had a nice day, it’s a pleasure to write to you about building up or training a child. Am sure every woman has the dream of living with her partner in order to build a family just like hers.

It’s important to note there are certain principles that contribute to child upbringing. It’s one thing to be pregnant and it’s another to raise up a child in a responsible way.

The Story

I use to know of a woman who lives down my street, though I wouldn’t blame her for her actions in the process of finding a love, she came across several men who only comes to have what is beneath her legs and leave her with a child.

This is the third child she is having from different men. What helped her was she had a little money to build a house of her own where she wouldn’t have to face issues of landlord and tenant.

The point I am trying to bring out of this is that she later got to understand that those men who comes to her for love are only playing pranks or I don’t know probably its due to her character that scared the men away because for three different men to leave a woman entails she has some attitude not worth living with.

I will like to point out something to singles, if you wish to have a partner, there must be somethings you should stop doing that can scare away another from living with you. Attitudes such as unforgiveness, anger and malice are very deadly and destroys a relationship if you are convinced that's your true life partner

After everything been obvious that no man stayed for her, she decided to search for a business to do in order to be able to feed her children.

She would leave her kids between the age of 1- 3 at home be roaming about on the street and the only times she comes back is at night after leaving early for work, a place where she sells stuffs.

I picked this story as a lesson for all so we would all plan on how to take care of our kids in a responsible way.

• Both gender (parent) are solely responsible for bringing up their children

Cases where the female gender might be engaged and she doesn’t have opportunity to seat with the child especially the females contributes to improper development of that child, I don’t mean you should always stay at home but understand the school has a role to play in the development of the child. Never allow the child to be used to staying at home alone for a longer period of time instead let him be in school if you aren't chanced.

If you wish to get into marriage, it is very responsible to ask your partner how prepared is he when it comes to child bearing because a man is expected to be fully prepared in terms of having a productive job.

Please do not go into pregnancy for your partner if he doesn’t have a good source of living. This doesn’t mean you deny him sex but use protection or means to get rid of the deposit.

Child bearing needs both partners to be fully prepared and engaged in productive job in order to cater for the needs of the child.

Have time for your children

The time I am referring to here is having a heart to heart talk with them in order to teach them experiences of life. Also seat with them to have some fun.

If it's at the beach, be careful of them. If it's at home watching TV ask them lessons they understood.

Do not expose them to weird movies

When I was a teacher in school after my graduation, our head teacher was arrested over an issue she had no idea about.

A child between the age of 3 – 5 was caught in sexual activity with another which led the parent discovery and got to involve law enforcement.

Now tell me if the child didn’t learn such practice from home films where it’s been displayed for everyone to see in the house , how will he learn it? Be careful of what the kids watch in their room.

They may be interested in cartoons, that’s good and healthy for them. But avoid displaying channels such as telemundo for kids to watch, they end up practicing that in ignorance. Infact you can even play fighting movies for them instead of love.
