Telapia Fish with Eggplant and Potatoes 🐟 🍆 🥔

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Telapia Fish with Vegetables"
Ingredients:
Telapia Fish
Eggplant
Potatoes
Garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Onion
Coriander leaf
Oil
Salt
Process:
Put a pan on the stove. Add oil. Then add onion to fry. Add garlic paste too. Fry until gets roasted. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. With little amount of water fry spices well. Check when oil will come up add fish pieces. Stir carefully and mix with spices. When fish will be half done add eggplant and potatoes. Add required water to cook. Garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
Serve in the lunch or dinner.
