Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Okra and Prawn Curry"


Ingredients:

Latiya Fish
Onion
Tomatoes
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Green chilli
Coriander leaf

Process:

It's Okra. In our local language it's called Dherosh. It's reasonable and full of vitamin. Easy to cook and tasty to eat. Let's start cooking.
Wash all the Okras clean then satin water. After getting dry cut into pieces. Keep aside. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil then put prawn. Fry until gets roasted. Then add onion. And fry. Add garlic paste. After that all the dry spices. Turmeric powder and red chilli powder along with salt. Fry well. Don't add much water. Put Okras and mix with spices. Cover and cook. Add required hot water. At last garnish with coriander leaf and serve with rice.

Serve in the lunch or dinner.

As simple as that!

It's another fish. Sea fish. As Chittagong is sea side city it's available here.
