Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of Lak Shak with Prawn"
Ingredients:
Lal shakh
Prawn
Turmeric powder
Onion
Garlic
Green chilli
Salt
Oil
Process:
Lal shakh is very nutritious vegetable. Good for skin and eyes. Disgust easily too. Let's start cooking. Clean shak and wash with plain water. Cut into pieces. Now Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and garlic slices. Roast and get brown color. Add prawn now and fry until color change. Put turmeric powder and salt. Stir and fry. Now add shakh and mix with spices. Don't cover. Cook like this. Shakh will leave water. Cook as it is.
Serve with hot rice.
