Ingredients:

Shakh
Garlic
Oil
Salt

Process:

Vegetables and Non-Veg all have different vitamins. In Eid we had lots of rich foods. So I thought to cook some pure vegetables. I made Shakh today. After all these gathering I cooked a simple and easy recipe. You need to fry just. So let's see how to cook.

Take a pan. Add oil and heated up. Get garlic into pieces. Put on the oil and stir. Fry until gets golden brown color. It'll give a extra flavor. Let me tell you how to prepare shakh. Clean and wash all the leaves of shakh. After washing properly cut into pieces. Then no more wash. Put into the garlic fry. Mix with salt. Stir. Cook in a high medium flame. Don't over cook. Leave a crunchy texture. After that serve in a bowl.

Serve with hot plain rice.
