A few minutes visiting Red squirrel, or Sciurus vulgaris. Photo & video.

Last week I was lucky to meet a very funny and beautiful creature called Red squirrel, or Sciurus vulgaris.

I do not meet them very often in our city, and, as a rule, this happens when I did not have time to uncover my camera and the meeting ends very quickly.

But, this time it was different.

I managed to take some good photos from the life of this rodent, and shoot a video of a squirrel jumping from tree to tree, which you can see below.

So, I saw a squirrel that was descending from a tall tree, and I cautiously began to approach it closer.

Squirrels are probably the best acrobats in the world, except for monkeys, but in our area squirrels have no competition in this matter.

Squirrels cope with fleas like dogs and cats, scratching themselves with their hind paws.

A warm coat makes it possible for squirrels not to be afraid of the cold.

This squirrel had a special, bright, red coat color. I have seen different colors from black to gray-red.

The squirrel found nothing on the ground and decided to climb a nearby tree.

There, she set up an observation post and began to monitor me and my actions.

At some point, she got tired of the photo shoot and she climbed onto the crown of the tree.

Apparently, she saw something tasty on another tree and prepared to jump.

I looked at the clock and understood. that it's time to take the last photo to say goodbye to the squirrel.
