It Will Always Leave A Scar.

In life, there's a powerful weapon people most times misuse, and take for granted and most times it seems like they don't care about the consequences it brings. I believe when growth takes place in humans, there are certain behaviors we just have to let go of but, sadly, most people grow with that attitude not caring who gets hurt in the process.

When we speak words to people, they listen and take our word for it. But, the moment our words do not tally with our actions, many will move away from such a person and always find whatever they say untruthful.

Trust is like glass, it can not be fixed without leaving a scar.

Trust is a powerful weapon people most time take for granted because they feel like they are grown-ups. You can't beat them but they have forgotten that there are some punishments that you will prefer intense beating over instead of facing the wrath of what it will bring.

There is this Uncle of mine who can lie the lie that is meant for next month. My mom usually says, "He has built a mansion for have and has tenants" 😂😂😂. Sadly it is true. If I ever receive a call from him stating that he is at the front of my room, I still will not stand up wherever I am. I would rather sleep for a whole day than stand up to open my door since I know that he is not there.

That's how badly he has pulled himself down. No one trusts whatever he says. Whenever he speaks, we all laugh and tell him we are enjoying his fabricated story even if he swears with his life that what he says is true. We don't believe him and I still don't.

Looking at the relationship aspect, we can see many marriages crashing because of distrust. The man does not trust his wife anymore and vice versa.

I was with a friend today and she showed me a video on #Youtube where an actor I knew was. And I told her that he once cheated on his wife some years back which was what made me know him. But I assured her they were back together as he made a public statement never to cheat on his wife again.

But... I was surprised when my friend called me a few hours later and asked me to check recent news. And when I did, it happened that he and his wife just got separated today. I didn't even click to read because I was not ready for their drama.

However, this took me back years back when he cheated on her. Questions like;

"Did he cheat again?" Filled my thoughts until I wiped it out.

Who knows what could have occurred? But I know that the very first time his wife caught him, the trust she once had for him was lost. And she would surely have second thoughts if she saw him with a lady and that's just sad.

Trust is a weapon that must be guided and used rightly. Let people be sure of who you are. I believe as adults, no one can beat you but your distrust will ridicule you. So, why lie, cheat, and do things when you can just say the real thing and save everyone a headache? I guess I will never understand. People are just unbelievable most times and can never be understood so I don't try to.
