Top two coins I'm planning to purchase in the next red market
The Crypto world provides us with enormous opportunities to invest and trade. Choosing the right timing to do this is very important. It is not just about choosing coins but it is also important to have some funds ready to make these purchases. I used to have decent USDT holding on exchanges to grab these opportunities. In the recent red market, I purchased a few coins and spent all my liquid USDT.
In the next opportunity, I'm going to be saving some USDT and purchasing the below two coins. I should have done this a long time back but it is never too late right. I recently decided to invest in a few coins outside the hive ecosystem. Keeping a diversified portfolio is very important.
LTC
I know it may be too late to think about LTC as we have so many competitive coins that are cheap in terms of transactions and are also faster compared to the native coins. When BTC was popular LTC came into existence to solve some of the problems that BTC had. The main thing is the high transactional cost and speed of transaction. If we do a BTC transfer it can take several hours before the fund reaches the individual's wallet. Many competitive coins came into existence that can be cheap as well as transferrable in no time. One such coin was LTC and this was the factor that attracted me towards LTC during the early days.
Today I wanted to hold LTC just for the sake of holding because this was one of the first few coins that I bought when I started investing in this crypto world. I used to have a few Lite coins and later when I was playing around with the other few coins, I sold my LTC and moved to other assets. Now I want to get back to LTC in the next dip and hold them in my bags for a few years mostly not for profit but for the sake of holding it.
WAXP
Wax is one of the most underrated blockchains. Even though it is an EOS fork, the NFT capabilities on this blockchain are taking things to next level. There are many game developers building some awesome games on WAX. Some of the games are still under construction. Once it is ready, WAX will explode. We already see the price of WAX slowly increasing in Binance.
These are some of the reasons why I decided to invest in WAX. If I find ways to earn wax without investing, that will be well and good but even otherwise I want to keep a decent wax stake. It is a silent crocodile. It can react to market fluctuations at any time. Good opportunity for the long term.
One small thing that concerns me is the fact that I don't get how CPU and RAM work there but maybe if I keep exploring, I will get a grasp on that. I wished the RAM and CPU thing on WAX had been as simple as the RC system we have on Hive.

.Nice. LTC can be a time bomb. People kept wanting fast and low transactions so they are eager to hunt for tokens like solana, polygon, ada etc. Actually, LTC already fulfill a lot of these condition already. A lot of time, when i want to withdraw or transfer, I end up using ltc cause it is one of the fastest, one of the widely accepted, one of the cheapest.
I used to do that with LTC and FIL.
Eventually, it was just easier to use XLM and/or XRP. Don't even have to pay network fees.
Yup, now there are more choices. Sometime, can even store in USDT/USDC and withdraw by choosing which network like polygon/bsc etc.
Yeah I used to do that too but nowadays we have so many coins that are pretty cheap for transacting or moving from one exchange to another. I use Hive to move coins from one exchange to another as it takes only 0.01 Hive fees for the move.
Sadly, my country ban trading from binance. So end up for me, binance is only limited to swapping and hive is not a choice for swapping in binance. Grrr.... Now the only way for me to get hive in exchange is bittrex.
How about upbit, huobi etc. Are they also banned in your country? I'm sure there are so many exchanges listing Hive.
I just check. I should check out upbit. The others have too low volume.
Yes upbit has a decent volume and Koreans pump the price there.
LTC and WAX are awesome choices. Although for some reason they aren't on the top of my list. Right now I'm holding up waiting for AVA to crash properly.

Great. I have no idea about AVA. I might try it soon.
It has amazing utility as it's linked to the travel company, Travala.
I WOULD BUY WAX BUT I DONT THINK I WILL BUY LTC BUT I WOULD LOVE TO BUY SOL OR MATIC AND ALSO SAND AND GALA
The key to success in both stocks and crypto is to have a healthy amount of USD on hand. I had been hoping that HBD would work, but it seems to drop when the buy opportunities arise.

Yeah that's quite true but I believe the 10% gains that HBD gives usually compensate it even if we swap it during a market dip.
I do have some LTC and will hold it for some time.
can you suggest any other coin for investment during the dip?
I have diversified my portfolio to several coins. Mostly native coins and not sub tokens inside a main chain. I invest on DOT if I need a short term gain. Maybe you can give it a try. But have to be careful too. My long term target for DOT is 100$.
i agree on wax. my current token to accumulate is bxt. i think it may be the biggest play in our corner of the cryptoverse other than sps.
That's nice. Good luck 👍
I think WAXP is a golden egg that is yet to get under the spotlight. As this blockchain evolves and has emblematic NFT projects I am targeting a $10 price point for it in the medium term.

Absolutely. I guess so too. I'm having same target for Hive too.
LTC holds more sentimental value for me now. But, I think it's useful for educational purposes along with Doge when introducing people into crypto.
I don't know about holding WAXP, but I do purchase a number of NFTs with it. They'll make themselves back in time with the right NFT sale.
Yeah there are a few scams too on WAX. I guess more valuable NFT projects in WAX should pump the price up.
From what I know CPU is dynamic and it depends on how many people are using the network at that point in time. When Alien Worlds exploded, the cost of CPU increased a lot and I didn't like that it could increase costs so much. As for RAM, it's like a storage for your NFTs. Delegating away your NFTs doesn't reduce your RAM so only selling, burning or sending away NFTs will reduce it. So the more games you play, the more RAM you need to buy.

Yeah managing CPU becomes a challenge. CPU was one of the reasons I stopped playing Alien world.
