My Hive Goals - Weekly progress report

It was a very hectic week and my 3 days of productivity were gone. Everyone who knows me knows what happened and I don't want to talk about it. I hope I should be able to catch up on the missed days in the coming week. But I do want to talk about how I'm progressing with my goals and how I'm dedicated to this platform.

A few days back I did get a chance to purchase some Hive at around 42 cents and have been holding on to that. The price of Hive has not improved since then and I would be willing to sell them in the market back after the price improves. Other than this there were no trades from me and it was a very slow week. I have also been very busy with many things happening around me.

100k Hive Power

This is my primary goal for the year and I have been working hard to reach this goal. Most of what comes from powerup and some from blogging and some from curation rewards. I write almost every single day. Writing has been my hobby and I pick one topic or the other to write my posts. This week the author rewards had an impact because of the downvotes I received. I'm not sure what this would look like next week or the week after that.

Every time on these weekly posts, I usually do a comparison report with my previous week though it is already visible. I don't want to do a comparison report with my previous week's author rewards because of the huge difference. There will still be variations in the author rewards next week as well I guess. My curation rewards are pretty much stable and mostly have the same value as that of the previous week.

10k HBD

My HBD in savings is growing really well and I think I should be able to complete this goal sooner than expected. Every week I have started pushing some HBD to savings. Author rewards are one of the biggest sources of my HBD earnings. This week I managed to push 200 HBD to savings from my holdings. I still have 6k HBD more to go before the end of the year to complete the goal.

Sometimes there are a lot more negative vibrations on the chain from different types of people. I still manage to stay strong and keep going. Sometimes I even used to think that maybe sharing these stats is what triggered people or tried to target me but I always look at positive people who see my post as their motivating factor and share their views. It has been a motivation not for them from me but for me from them because in spite of all challenges I still continue to do this post.

In addition to the above goals, I'm also thinking that I should add some more goals. Setting up goals and trying to reach them is a great motivation and a great thing to do. When we see progress happening that is when we will get the push. Let's see if I'm able to add some valuable goals in the coming weeks along with the above 2.
