I'm throwing a big shout out to everyone who knows this version of this song. The actual original. Not the feature with Future and Drake which was nice but I'll still pick the original. Tems' song don't need to be remixed, they are perfect the way they are.

Okay I won't lie and say this is my favorite song off Tems' Debut album because it isn't. My favorite song is "Free mind". If you haven't listened to it, you definitely should. That song made me understand that Tems is a Nigerian national treasure.

This song for me is about coming to terms with how you are being treated and speaking up about. She ends the chorus with the line "I will wait for you." After speaking up, she lets it known that she will still wait. I love how soulful the song is. The tune just soothes your heart chords.

What made me sing it this song? I wish could give a deep answer but I can't. Everyone has been playing it and it stuck so I just made a random video singing it. It came out good and I thought to share it with my hive family.
