It's always exciting to visit a new place you've never visited before, especially if it's your first time.

The Dawanau market is a grain market in Kano state, Nigeria, that has been exclusively dealing with grains for many years.

My sister persuaded me to accompany her to the Dawanau market today when I was at home since she needed to buy some beans, and I didn't hesitate because it was my first time visiting the market.

While at the market, I decided to take some photos of what I noticed around the market and some pictures of other bean varieties that I had never seen before.
