Which do you prefer. A male or a female employer?

Over time, I see people refuse working with women, some say they are too proud and some say they are wicked 'extremely'.
Some say they prefer having a male boss because they give less headaches and they are very understanding.

Which category do you fall on?

I've had the opportunity of working with both, and they were both amazing. Now, If I should choose between the two, I will go for a male boss because men have little or no problems, they are careful when it come to treating the opposite sex, some questions themselves before reacting to certain matters, they are careful on the amount of work load they give you at a time.
NOTE: not all male bosses are this good, only few and when you are lucky.

Why didn't I not choose a female boss? Hahahahahahaha..... Nah! Forget it. Women naturally have a problem. Though I don't blame some of them.
A female boss will resume for the days job, and you will be the one to receive the heat of what happened in her home, I understand that it's not always easy for the woman, because she has to make sure everything is in check. The children have to be OK, the husband too have to be OK before she leaves for the day. So imagine all this is not well done and she left the house angry? it's gonna be a bad day for you already. Men have a way of managing that because when they wake up, the plan is to prepare and go to work.

Some female bosses can make you go into depression because of how the nag at little mistake you do, some will make you feel incompetent and yet keep bombarding you with task. This has made a lot of people choose men over women as bosses.
To you that didn't have a choice, how are you doing it? , cos I know some happened by chance, like those who they switch positions for. You sure have no choice than to accept the change.

Women need to improve though, and learn better ways to manage pressure, it's not easy, that is certain, and it's easy on the part of the employee.
