MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR YOURSELF. BE OPEN TO OTHERS OPINIONS

Everybody has a way of perceiving things, that's why it will always be difficult to strike a balance in some situations.

Some people will never accept your opinion no matter how pleasant or useful it is. Some will paint it to face how irrelevant your opinion is, and keep bending you to go with their's even when they are not making any sense, it's so sickening.

Imagine such persons around you, especially in the place of work OMG!
That is the worst ever. Some feel to big to take ideas from their junior colleagues, Pride.

A friend once told me her about her experience at her work place. She heard the head of department talking about something they could do to push sales and the amount involved. Hearing the huge amount they want to spend, she gave a wise decision, which the head declined saying the CEO wouldn't welcome the idea. Funny enough, he presented both ideas to the CEO and he was pleased with hers which they actually went for. And how did he present it, he presented it as though it was his idea and he took the glory. This was an idea he declined, she heard about it and was furious.

Two people cannot work together unless there is an agreement. I had a friend who always want me to accept and take her side, we end up arguing time to time, no one is an island of knowledge. I ended the relationship because we are meant to learn from each other, and since I'm not getting that, there is no point keeping someone who sees me with triviality.

People who do not accept opinion make everything difficult, like very difficult, issues that can be settled in minutes can take hours or days, why, lack of acceptance of another person's opinion. Yeah it possible.

See why we keep having crisis in nations? Is because we don't agree.
Some feel their culture is better so non can be compared with or accepted.
Some feel their beliefs and way of doing things is the best, so why should they listen to someone from another entity?
Some feel their God is the best so why should they pray to their God?

No matter how old or advanced you think you are, someone who is far younger can give you some wise opinions/ knowledge that would be of help to you, do no despise wisdom and when you see one, accept and appreciate it.

Never downgrade anybody.
