Hive is better
Often times I'm usually suprised to see that I have not been on any other social blockchain apart from hive. It's incredible to me especially considering how much I love to explore. From time to time curiosity does lead me and I go snooping in on other sites to see what's on the other side. These snoops often make me appreciate and treasure hive even more.
why?
First Answer; the community.
When I scan through other social blockchains it always seems as though the place is deserted. Especially when the page belongs to a newbie. The only people who get engagements are those with Influence and connections. Hive on the other hand Is different there's engagement on all levels. They are also tons of Initiatives focused on helping newbies find their feet. These Initiatives bring newbies together helping them foster relationships and grow together.
We have a real community filled with real people who are always working on ways to Improve
We all know Hive has a community of which I am proud to be a part of, and you may also be a part of. But for a decentralized project like hive having a community isn't enough if all they do Is talk about It and use it, with time It could become obsolete. Hive has his covered though. There are lots of devs who are actively working on tools to make things easier and updates in the form of Hardforks to keep hive up to date at all times.
Did I tell you we were nice?
On hive, It's just really easy to make friends. Just keep showing up on someone's post and giving honest replies and before you know it familiarity sets In. I've said and heard a lot of newbies say Phrases like "Is everyone here really this nice?" Some of the things I've seen happen here can rarely ever happen elsewhere. This doesn't mean there aren't arguments, or even bad people here as well, It's just reduced over here.
We are Decentralized and censorship resistance
Decentralization is something in high demand now. A lot of people are getting tired of having their accounts In the hands of one entity that could easily just ban or deny them access for one reason or the other. On hive, none of that Is possible. Your account is yours and can't be taken from you or be censored no matter what. Do note that people are free to disagree and downvote or upvote as they wish.
There are also feeless transactions at lightning speed, usernames as wallet address, a wide range of investment opportunities thanks to hive-engine, gaming, hive is better

HIVE is the best, and if you think it's good now, just think how great it will be in a few more years. The developers keep on chugging away making it better with every hard fork iteration. I don't think we've come close to seeing what this HIVE can do!
Exactly. I've not been here for long but I've witnessed some nice updates like the HBD interest on savings, Rc delegations, I can't wait to see what more great ideas we can think of.

I think the next big update is going to be the fast power-downs for a fee! That will add more trading ability for users, and bring in a lot more liquidity because it will increase the velocity of HIVE money!

There are so many things that I want to say about HIVE. But seems like you have shared most of them. I honestly think there are lots of aspects which makes HIVE a much more designated and strong platform out there compared to others.
Look at us, we could not have met without HIVE. So much is happening. I am glad to be on HIVE! While one other thing which can be done is try to walk towards financial stability. Yes, it is literally difficult to get there via HIVE but I suppose it is worth it. And it is not really impossible that I must say as well.
Hive literally has everything that we need! We just need to see it and be there as consistently as possible.
Well said Rehan. One thing I noticed recently is one doesn't even need to post regularly or at all to benefit from the community. just being active and contributing with your skills and you'll learn and benefit from a lot of things. A lot of lives have been changed thanks to hive
