Review of Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour
I usually conclude at the end of the review, but this time I have to say first that Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour is a very epic game with superb graphic quality and solid gameplay. This time Gameloft really stole the attention of mobile gamers at the right time and Modern Combat 4 is a very elegant way to close the year 2012.
If you are looking for a reference to help you decide whether to buy or not then the answer is clear, must have and must buy. So this time I will only give highlight some of the features and parts of this game is really amazing.
As usual the storyline Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour deals with terrorists but unique in this new series this time is we will play as both camps so we can get a deeper story. This is not too much impact on gameplay because both parties have the same weapon and play mode but this is a touch fresh enough for the size of mobile games.
In single player mode you will play following the story through the 12 missions that have super quality. What is felt when compared with the Modern Combat 3 is in terms of action that is more similar to the action film, maybe this is due to some cut scenes and conversations that do have the quality of the movie. One mission can be completed for about 20-40 minutes depending on your level of difficulty and skill, so it's been imagined that the single player has a fairly long amount of content to complete.
Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour does have very good graphic quality, but that's not what makes me really fascinated but a much wider and interactive environment. Each level is designed with great detail and this is what really makes the gaming experience closer to the game console. Previously you can feel that the environment is rather narrow in Modern Combat 3 but this time you can even be confused where to go because of the vast environment, although it also will not happen because there are already clear instructions you should go to.
In addition you can now also use various objects as protection and this feels very natural. After shelter you can also jump to sliding to the next place so that not just stand, go forward and shoot. Gameloft has also started adding objects that can be destroyed if shot even in terms of not too much. For example, when I take shelter at the stake, the enemy can shoot and destroy the ceramic attached to the pole exactly the scene of The Matrix at the time in the famous elevator lobby.
For single player by default you will use auto aim so that if you use sight then automatic weapon will lead to enemy. But still you have to direct it to the enemy's enemy first, itit allows us to focus more on the story and the action rather than the frustration of directing our cross hair to the enemy. One thing that I feel also is the game is now more difficult but it makes it more balanced because it AI enemy is not too smart so if not difficult then single playernya will not be exciting at all.
If you've finished the single player then survived because the real game will just start. Multiplayer Mode Modern Combat 4 is the best multiplayer game, complete compared to other similar games. You can choose one of 8 different game modes, from free for all, team battle to catch the flag.
As you level up (by killing your opponent and winning the game) then you will get new access to various items ranging from weapons to military support where you can call help like a helicopter. What is unique here is the Intervention feature where you can choose XP bonuses according to your style of play. For example if you like to play as a sniper then you can choose STEALH where every target kill without being seen will give you 50xp more.
One thing I realize is that in multiplayer mode there is a slight drop in graphic quality but maybe this is to keep the gameplay stable and I really agree with this. So far this is the best multiplayer experience, you can feel that the game is very fluid and fluent. Once you turn around sharply then the game will also follow nicely and frameratenya awake very stable throughout the game.
I can still write 1000-2000 words again to explain how epic Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour but will keep you stuck for longer. This game is one of the best games I've ever played on mobile while I work in GameSaku, four thumbs up! So Soldier, you know what to do now
