Today I joined you with a new recipe of my choice . I always try to share something new with you . My recipe today is Mixed Vegetable Roasted Khichuri . One of my favorite recipes . There are many tastes of eating roasted khichuri on cold and rainy days . Everyone in our country loves to eat roasted khichuri on rainy days . Roasted khichuri can be cooked in many ways . Today I have cooked this roasted khichuri in a slightly different and more fun way . Today I have cooked mixed vegetable roasted khichuri with some vegetables. This is a very fun and delicious recipe . Mixed vegetable roasted khichuri can be cooked at home with some vegetables and some ingredients. Here I have a variety of vegetables - carrots, potol, beans, papaya, tomatoes and green peppers.

I have taken potatoes and barbati vegetables here.

I have cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

Leave one cup of chopped onion in hot oil and fry.

When the onion turns brown, add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one tablespoon of ginger paste, one tablespoon of garlic paste, amount of salt.

After cooking the spices for two minutes, add the vegetables.

Mix well and cook over low heat.

Here I have one cup of pulses and two cups of rice.

Wash the rice and pulses together with water.

Now you have to boil it with the same amount of water.

Cover and cook for a while.

When the rice and pulses are cooked, add the cooked vegetables.

Now you have to mix it well and cook for a while.

At the end of cooking, add tomatoes and green chillies and mix.

Reduce the heat of the stove and put the pan on the stove for a while.
