Here I have taken half a kilo of hilsa fish.

Now pour oil in the pan and when the oil is hot, leave the onion in the oil and fry till it turns brown.

Green pumpkin si cool i never see it, also Hilda fish, are not usual in my region (Tuscany) but they look good I like fish and pumpkin 🐠🎃
