Cooking at home Bagna fish roast recipe with beans, potatoes and tomatoes

Today I will share with you a new recipe . Bagna fish is rarely found in the market . This fish is farmed very rarely . Its price is not so high and the demand for this fish is very low . Not everyone wants to eat this garden fish . But I like this fish very much . Cooking has to be done in a much better way to enhance the taste of the fish . Any recipe that is cooked in all spices and beautiful ways is so much fun and delicious that not everyone can. Today I have used three types of vegetables to enhance the taste of this recipe . Vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes and beans are the favorite vegetables of everyone in our country . Today I will share with you through this post how I cooked this recipe . I have shared the recipe with you step by step in a very beautiful way . I hope you will understand very easily . Here I took half a kilo of bata fish and cut it and cleaned it well.

Now take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and leave the fish to fry.

Once the bata Fish is fried, it should be kept in a bowl.

Here I take - one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one tablespoon of ginger paste, one tablespoon of garlic paste, amount of salt.

Here I have fresh bean vegetables ,I washed the beans with water and cut them into pieces.

I cut the potatoes into pieces.

I cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Like the amount of raw pepper.

One tablespoon of raw cumin paste.

One cup of coriander leaves.

One cup of chopped onion.

Now heat the oil in a pan with oil , Leave the onion pieces and fry till brown.

Now add bean, potato, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt.

Mix well and cook for five minutes.

After five minutes, add half a cup of water and all the spices and cook for a while on low heat.

After cooking for a while, when the water dries, add enough water.

When the water is hot, add it to the fried fish and mix it.

Once cooked, you can sprinkle coriander leaves to enhance the taste of the recipe.

It looks delicious. Definitely, something I would like to try, so maybe I will buy another fish because I am almost certain that where I live I cannot find that one. Good pictures, I liked the whole post and how detailed it was.
