Ever since I started dating my husband several years ago I tried to be an Agricultural woman as well. No matter what the situation is. So learning for me is a gradual process and a daily basis. I was expose to several plants and animals.
Before I met my husband, I only know of local chicken which my mom rear over the years but now, I know more about dogs, hybrid chicken ( broilers) , plants ( Vegetables generally ) snails, Turkey Birds etc. But today, I will be talking about Green Plant mix.
There is always a reason for mixing two,three Vegetables together. Its simply gain for more natural nutrients that's the foundation and the basis. I learnt this from my husband how to prepare and mix several green vegetables together to make a soup.
- These are the green vegetables known as The African Spinach Vegetable which I love to prepare and eat at the same time. While I am still pregnant, I eat more of Fruits 🍍🥭🍏🍋🍌 🍉🍑🍊, green vegetables,and water. I consume others as well but in a control manner.
- This one is called the Crawling Vegetables because no matter how you treat them, they will always move and grow more legs to walk about.
Bottom line.
Always consume green vegetables during and after your pregnancy stage. It help to boost Appetite too. I love it more natural.
