En nombre del amor que nos une
En nombre del gran amor que me dió vida
Hoy digo si a la vida y la tomo con mis manos, tomo a mi madre y tomo a mi padre, les doy las gracias por permitirme llegar a experimentar está experiencia humana. Gracias a mis abuelos por ser como fueron, gracias por sus historias. Los amo y les doy a cada uno un lugar en mi corazón, les pido a todos que vean con buenos ojos el que yo lo haga diferente.

Me dejó ser y me abro al autoconocimiento, me descubro con cada paso que doy.
Mis procesos de cambios son segundo a segundo cuando me permito abrir el espacio para evaluar mis formas veo que estoy siendo sostenida por el amor de mis espejos más cercanos, puedo ver mi herida y aliviarla para que no rose con la de otros.

Amar es ser real, es ser en escencia sin penas ni represiones, es abrir el pecho y decir "mi amor es todo lo que soy porque a amar vine a esta tierra", es ser en completitud, abriendo la dimensión del respeto y de la compasión, porque aceptamos que si nosotros "somos" y "cambiamos" constantemente, las otras personas también lo hacen.

Cuando desarrollamos esta faceta de la comunicación real y respetuosa, es solo siendo compasivos, que podemos involucrarnos amorosamente en todos los vínculos, porque aceptamos que cada cual es lo que es y ahí todos podemos ser libres.

Todos somos uno, eso siempre resuena en mi, somos todos espejos, y que tal si más allá de eso observamos qué somos a su vez una paleta de colores? Yo puedo ser el verde, tu puedes ser el violeta y otro puede ser el gris. Aceptando nos, dibujamos el paisaje.

Si no estás disfrutando tu vida, cambia de vida, cambia de amigos, permítete cambiar y ser feliz. Recuerda ser muy honesto para que tus acciones siempre estén equilibradas con el corazón y valiente para comunicar tus miedos y no lastimar con la acción. Desde el amor todo sana.

Yo hoy elijo vivir la claridad, la coherencia, el amor, la compasión y la comprensión en mis procesos. Quiero ser honesta y real, para que todo el que me conozca pueda reflejar la hermosura de su ser. Por eso suelto aquello que ya no me disfruto, suelto las exigencias de ser alguien que deba agradar, hoy me atrevo a ser yo y permito a otros ser lo que elijan ser. Hoy vuelo y respiro para que por el bien mayor todos seamos felices y nos sintamos fortalecidos en todas nuestras relaciones, es la elección, es el rezo, es el compromiso y la comunidad, es familia.

In the name of the love that unites us
In the name of the great love that gave me life
Today I say yes to life and I take it in my hands, I take my mother and I take my father, I thank them for allowing me to experience this human experience. Thank you to my grandparents for being the way you were, thank you for your stories. I love you and I give each of you a place in my heart, I ask you all to look kindly on my doing it differently. I let myself be and I open myself to self-knowledge, I discover myself with each step I take.
My processes of change are second by second when I allow myself to open the space to evaluate my ways, I see that I am being supported by the love of my closest mirrors, I can see my wound and soothe it so that it does not rise with that of others.

To love is to be real, is to be in essence without pain or repression, is to open the chest and say "my love is all that I am because to love I came to this earth", is to be in completeness, opening the dimension of respect and compassion, because we accept that if we "are" and "change" constantly, other people do too.

When we develop this facet of real and respectful communication, it is only by being compassionate, that we can involve ourselves lovingly in all the links, because we accept that everyone is what he/she is and there we can all be free.

We are all one, that always resonates in me, we are all mirrors, and what if beyond that we observe that we are in turn a palette of colors? I can be the green, you can be the violet and another can be the gray. By accepting ourselves, we draw the landscape.

If you are not enjoying your life, change your life, change your friends, allow yourself to change and be happy. Remember to be very honest so that your actions are always balanced with the heart and brave to communicate your fears and not hurt with action. From love everything heals.

Today I choose to live clarity, coherence, love, compassion and understanding in my processes. I want to be honest and real, so that everyone who knows me can reflect the beauty of their being. That is why I let go of what I no longer enjoy, I let go of the demands of being someone I must please, today I dare to be me and allow others to be what they choose to be. Today I fly and breathe so that for the greater good we may all be happy and feel strengthened in all our relationships, it is choice, it is prayer, it is commitment and community, it is family.
