Wanted to update my trip in Yokohama with my mom somehow I always forgot to take my hard disk to office, finally I have time to get the pictures from my hard disk and keep writing !

When talking about having Chinese Dim Sum in the restaurant, most of the local people in Hong Kong would associate there's many people sitting together in the large space, and you might even need to share the table with the other in the rush hours, say, the breakfast and lunch time, unless you are going to get a table for 4/6/8, otherwise you have big chance to share the table with the others during breakfast and lunch periods in the Dim Sum restaurant.

But many people think people are not purely go there for the foods but the vibes there, they enjoy to sitting in such place, having dim sum slowly, reading newspaper, or maybe trying to listen what topics of the people who sharing the table to you talking about, well, I should say this's fun, I always do that while I am having dim sum in case I need to share the table with strangers.

But this time, we were having completely different experience in Yokohama, the shop gave us an individual room so we can enjoy our lunch quietly, how to say that feeling...well...it's not bad to get an individual room for Dim Sum sometimes as I can pretend I am the VIP. I still prefer to sitting with an open area with many people to feel the super noise environment, most importantly, I can trying to list what's the other talking about and maybe jump into their conversation, that's funny, trust me.

Couldn't deny that the room was really comfortable and we did enjoy our moment there, but the dim sum itself is a bit over rated though, maybe for Japanese, the taste is ok to them. As for pure Cantonese, we don't cut to such quality / taste for sure. (Have to admit that the dim sum looks really better than Hong Kong anyway) I still remember my mom said the dessert sucks 🤣🤣🤣 Maybe the Japanese people also don't cut to the quality of Japanese cuisine in Hong Kong 😅😅

It was a good experience for us to try our traditional foods in other country, and we already tried, probably no next time 😎
