The key to achieving goals, success, riches or wealth depends on how you work towards achieving them. It can either be you working hard or working smart either way you are going to achieve what you want but the one you choose will determine how fast you are going to achieve them and if it’s going to be overwhelming. Most people focus on working hard to achieve a certain goal and in so doing get self-overwhelmed with stress and might still not achieve what they wanted but they forget working smart is the best option and the secret to success.

Working Hard

Hard work is the common method in which people focus on achieving a particular task with a claim of being committed to it, that is, they depend on doing hours of work in the hope that will enable complete the task on time without thinking of other methods to achieve the task. When one focuses all his/her time on a particular task it can take a toll on the body.

Working Smart

Working smart can be considered the best method in achieving a particular and it involves you creating a special, different or more efficient way that can be faster in achieving that task. It can also involve you having the ability to adapt to new environments or situations.

How to work smart

There are different ways in which people choose to work smart but some of the particular skills are;

Planning: This requires you taking out time to plan ahead before the task, set out a time and think about how you want to achieve the task instead of just diving into it immediately.

Work Sharing: unlike hard work that focuses on achieving the task alone and weighs yourself down working smart can make the work less stressful by delegating some of the workloads to other people around you that would be able to take care of it that way saving time and energy.

Being flexible: this involves you adapting to a situation quickly and looking for another solution in case one doesn’t go as planned instead of giving up on the task.

Time management: most people focus on their multi-tasking skills instead of focusing on time management. Multi-tasking isn’t a bad skill but time management enables you to achieve a particular task quicker than multi-tasking because at the end of the day it can overwhelm you and end up not completing the task or have errors in them.

Very well, I believe working hard in its real sense isn't as hard.😅. Well, I am just saying that working smartly in an intelligent manner still require some level of hardwork. While hardwork with no smart in it, won't be that productive.
