Hello to the Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. I consider the marriage moments as one of the most important part of life. These moments are very special. Although, I 'm not married but I have attended different marriage Celebrations in Pakistan. Hence, I shall like to explain my marriage expectations in the Fiction Story. This story will surround all the beautiful marriage culture in Pakistan and my likeness regarding the different events of marriage.

Marriage Preparations

---

On the 15th July, 2023 my marriage ceremony would be held in Million Wedding Hall, Lahore. We started wedding preparations from 8th July Saturday. We had seven days remaining for Wedding Preparations. There were following important tasks that were pending.

• Decorations of Wedding House
• Arrangement for Wedding Cards
• Shopping
• Wedding Procession

To see above things pending, my parents were worried. Although, they were doing their best but I found, we three people were unable to do these all tasks in seven days. To help them, I requested my mother for inviting one friend @dlmmqb from Hive Pakistan. She became happy and accepted my request. I called to my friend and invited him for helping in pending tasks. Although, he was busy but he accepted the request and reached on Sunday from Karachi to Lahore.

After receiving him from Lahore Airport, I carried him by my Car towards my home and gave the list of all pending tasks when we reached at home. He said to me, "Don't worry I shall handle everything because I have previous experience from my Cousin marriage" I became happy to hear this.

Decorations of Marriage House

On the next day, I found dlm was more busy in the decorations of house. I appreciated his efforts. He arranged beautiful lights on the walls and asked the painter to paint all walls by Master Paints. Moreover, he arranged all furniture in good manner. The spouse Sofah was in the center of the Wedding House so that all relatives and guests would be able to see the bride and groom on the same seat.

Arrangement for Wedding Cards

At Monday Night, the wedding house was ready. Although, dlm was fatigued and tired from the hard work, he did from morning to evening in the decorations of house but he also came to help me in the arrangements of wedding cards. Here, we decided to invite other Hive Pakistani friends on my wedding and it would be more fun. I announced my marriage in Hive Pakistan Discord and invited to participate everyone there especially @les90, @itwithsm and @ayesha-malik. Thank God, I and dlm both were able to complete the cards invitation with proper address and guest names. Our whole day spent in house decorations and arrangements of wedding cards. I informed to my mother and she praised the dlm and also advised to do things fast because five days are remaining in wedding.

Shopping

On Tuesday, Ayesha and Les reached my home in early morning. I and dlm were very happy to receive them. After greetings, I thanked to both of them for coming and also requested to help in shopping with my mother and my spouse.

They accepted my request with utmost pleasure. I also informed to my mother that my two friends from Hive Pakitan would help you and my future wife in shopping. Our whole day spent in Lahore Anarkali in Shopping. I bought groom dress and turban while Les and Ayesha bought Bride dress and all other essentials. My mother was praising about the selection of Les and Ayesha in our whole Journey. I left my future wife and her mother to her house at Iqbal Town Lahore and moved towards my house.

Wedding Processions

On Wednesday, we received relatives and guests who came to participate in wedding. Continuously as one guest or relative family came we started their accomodations in different rooms. At last, I found itwithsm coming in the row of guest. It wasa a big surprise for me. Now, I was happy to have four friends from Hive to help me in the wedding.

Henna Ceremony

On Thursday, wedding processions finally started. First in the Day, we moved towards the bridal wedding house for Henna Ceremony at afternoon.

Then at Night, Bridal Family came to my house for this event. My both hands were full of Henna delivered by bridal Family. Dlm, Les, Ayesha and itwithsm also participated in this event.

Nikkah/Engagement Ceremony

On Friday Evening, I with my family moved towards Badshahi Mosque for Nikkah/Engagement. The bridal family joined us after 10 minutes. The Prolocutor of the Mosque offered the Nikkah/Engagement recitation. I and my wife signed on the Nikkah Register. I fixed the engagement ring into the finger of my wife.

Everyone there, presented us their congratulations for Engagements. We divided sweets and took prayers from all people there. Les, Ayesha, dlm and itwithsm were busy in Photography and enjoying sweets.

They joined us and Presented congratulations. After Engagement, we moved towards my wedding house. I was happy and offered thanks to Allah for blessing me a partner. I and my bride spent three hours with relitives and friends sitting on a sofah that dlm decorated for us, in making gupshup and chatting. I said sorry after three hours and decided to go for my bride. Although, dlm and itwithsm were making different jokes to stop me but I gave them defeat because it was essential to move towards my bride for essential love 😂. On Saturday, we moved towards Millon Wedding Hall, Lahore.

Wedding Party

On Friday Night, Wedding party started in Millon Wedding Hall, Lahore. There was a beautiful stage where I and my bride were set on a sofah. I put three piece and my wife took bridal dress.

There was heavy Music and Dance party. I and my bride joined dance with friends. All families were dancing and signing.

The dance party ended after 2 hours. Then there started Eating Party 😂. The Millon Wedding Hall served our guest with 7 different types of dishes.

• BBQ
• Beef Dish
• Chicken Dish
• Sweets
• Rice Dish
• Different Beverages including Cold drinks, coffee and Tea

After a delicious and tasty dinner, I presented thanks to everyone who participated and presented us gifts on this auspicious event. I thanked to every friend who joined from Hive and also gave them gifts. Dlm was happy because he did everything with perfection. He also requested me to come in his marriage that would be held in next month. I promised him to come with my bride. My bride was happy to see my friends. In this way, this beautiful event finished.

The current Topic provided by HL was funny and interesting. Marriage is very beautiful part of our life. Being unmarried, I did my best to share each Cultural Event, we held for wedding in Pakistan.

Although, the story was fiction but I have same expectations and feelings for my marriage. I have a dream to marry after getting Scholarship. I hope, my marriage dream will be fulfilled soon.
