Mamy nowe air-fryerowe love. Jajko, trochę mleka i mąki, rozbełtać niczym ciasto na naleśniki. Do foremek silikonowych na dno trochę owego ciasta, na to plaster banana, trochę jagód, łyżkę serka twarogowego, na to reszta ciasta. Do air fryer, u mnie program bake 160 stopni, 15 minut. Pycha. Za czasów rozszerzania diety Bombla widziałam te inspiracje muffinkowe, ale rozgrzewanie piekarnika dla takiego śniadanka było dla mnie przerostem formy nad treścią. Frajerek to co innego, zwłaszcza, że za jednym zamachem sobie od razu też jajko gotuję ;)
Robiłam też wersję wytrawną - pomidorki, cukinia, twarożek - pycha!
