Ashley’s Diary Model | Evaluación, yoga, expresión corporal y más✨🧘🏾‍♀️ [ESP-ENG]

Hellooo, espero te encuentres muy bieen! Hoy como es costumbre, les comparto que tal fue esta semana en Runway. Tuvimos clases excelentes que nos sacaron muchísimo de nuestra zona de confort, presentamos nuestra primera evaluación el día miércoles, de la materia Código de Modelos, nos pusieron a realizar una dramatización de un Casting con todo lo que respecta (director, jurados, modelos, etc), fue bastante divertido y a la vez, retador, porque solo tuvimos aproximadamente 15min para organizarnos jajaja; nos fué bastante bien, solo tuvimos un error y aunque no nos pudieron dar la nota, por tener luego otra clase, estoy convencida de que salimos excelente. Ese mismo día tuvimos clase de Pasarela, trabajamos la concentración aplicando nuestra respectivas técnicas, instrucciones específicas y cambio de direcciones mientras nos desplazábamos en círculo. Esta actividad también la vi divertida, ya que la profe iba a sacando a quien se equivocara, pero después de un rato, se me hizo agotador, porque adivinen, quedé hasta el final, y tanto mental como físicamente, fue un reto lograrlo... pero muy bien recompensado, ya que me gané 3ptos que puedo utilizar en las demás materias al momento de pasar de nivel, jeje.

El viernes, también fue un día de salir completamente de nuestra zona de confort, primero con una clase especial de Yoga, fue mi primera vez, de hecho, me gustó mucho poder estirar todo mi cuerpo, fue un rato de completa paz, porque al final hicimos una meditación y por primera vez también, pude gozar de sus beneficios. Me sentí muy serena el resto del día y durante la práctica, en serio no hubo flujo de pensamientos. Luego tuvimos una clase de Expresión Corporal y Posado con objetos, que dios, fue increíble! Me sentí muy bien al final porque me atreví a moverme diferente y dejar fluir esa creatividad con las poses... cuéntame en los comentarios que tal te pareció todo para interactuar un poquito. Hellooo, I hope you are feeling well! Today, as usual, I'll share with you how was this week at Runway. We had excellent classes that took us out of our comfort zone, we presented our first evaluation on Wednesday, of the subject Model Code, they put us to perform a dramatization of a **Casting **with all that concerns (director, jurors, models, etc), it was quite fun and at the same time, challenging, because we only had about 15min to organize ourselves hahaha; we did pretty well, we only had one mistake and although we could not give us the note, because we had another class later, I am convinced that we came out excellent. That same day we had a catwalk class, we worked on concentration by applying our respective techniques, specific instructions and changing directions while moving in a circle. This activity was also fun, as the teacher was going to take out whoever made a mistake, but after a while, it became exhausting, because guess what, I was at the end, and both mentally and physically, it was a challenge to achieve it... but very well rewarded, as I earned 3 points that I can use in the other subjects at the time of passing the level, hehe.

Friday was also a day of getting completely out of our comfort zone, first with a special Yoga class, it was my first time, in fact, I really enjoyed being able to stretch my whole body, it was a time of complete peace, because at the end we did a meditation and for the first time too, I was able to enjoy its benefits. I felt very serene for the rest of the day and during the practice, there was really no flow of thoughts. Then we had a class of Body Expression and Posing with objects, which god, it was amazing! I felt really good at the end because I dared to move differently and let that creativity flow with the poses... let me know in the comments what you thought about everything so I can interact a little bit.
