Necesario estar en la naturaleza… y tener compañía 🍃🤎 [ESP-ENG]

Cuan necesario es alejarse de la civilización un rato y estar en un entorno natural, y si es en compañía de alguien que quieres mucho mas aun. El martes fui con @mariajosesantil2 a hacer senderismo en Sabas Nieves, por ser día de semana había muy poca gente, que para nosotras, mil veces mejor. Durante el camino nos acompañaron iguanas, mariposas, aves y una hermosa vista de la ciudad despejada. Durante gran parte de la ruta estuvimos hablando, y al llegar al descanso también, drenamos un montón, desahogamos y en definitiva, cuando íbamos de regreso a nuestras casas nos sentíamos mucho más ligeras de mente... amé permitirnos esa salida juntas... cuéntame en los comentarios que sueles hacer tu cuando estas muy cargado mentalmente para interactuar un poquito. How necessary it is to get away from civilization for a while and be in a natural environment, and if it is in the company of someone you love even more. On Tuesday I went with @mariajosesantil2 to go hiking in Sabas Nieves, being a weekday there were very few people, which for us, a thousand times better.
