I Brought My Lazy Uncle To The GYM.

I hope you're having a great day.
Welcome back to another vlog in @threespeak where you'll be able to see me in a GYM where I had my uncle with me.
I'm going to a GYM regularly for good fitness and then I convinced my lazy uncle to get admitted into the GYM as he's getting fat every day and he's already oversized. As he was lazy, he was making up things and wasn't joining me so now I brought him with me to the GYM, got him admitted and he started doing exercises. I tried to show him exercise and me in a single exercise for very little time and I've shown some parts of the GYM. I hope you'll like this video for sure.

And my uncle... yeah he returned, at last... although I had to force him and he returned with two of his boys.

ভাই, ভালো করেছেন। অলস মানুষকে ধরে ধরে জিম এ ভরতি করাই উচিৎ। কিছুদিন পরে তার শরীর কতোখানি কমলো, সেটা নিয়ে আবার একটা ভিডিও আশা করছি৷ জিমনেসিয়াম টা বেশ সুন্দর এবং গোছানো। ধন্যবাদ, ভিডিও টি শেয়ার করার জন্য।

You're absolutely right that GYM is very much good for keeping fitness good and we really need it. I kinda forced my uncle to join the GYM as he was going over weighted and I hope he'll be handsome and will be better than your brother one day ;)

Ahh I see... I forgot about the pandemic for the moment.
Actually I stopped going to the GYM when the pandemic started and I didn't go there for more than 6months maybe.
Then I restarted a month before and I'm trying to avoid the time when it should be crowded and I try to be as safe as I can.

How is your uncle doing now?
Now this is the most important part. If he does workout for the first time, he will feel the pain when he gets back home. So check out how he is doing. Bring him to the gym the next day, this pain is normal and temporary. It will usually go away after a couple of days.
Hey brother... My uncle is doing better.
And you're right about the after scene of doing workouts.
As I got admitted first and I felt the same thing so I knew that my uncle would go crazy the second day after he feels the pain and he won't come to the GYM and he was not gonna return for sure but I forced him to return and the good news is that he returned... the better news is that two of his boys came with him and then they really did better the next time.
I've recorded some clips of the other day and gonna share another vlog about it soon and I'm sure you're gonna like the kids in the GYM.
