Nostalgic Childhood

My childhood was the most amiable to me. When I think back to those days, even today a line of laughter appears on the corners of my lips. I went to campus this morning. Because I had some academic work to do. In need of work, I was going fast with a rickshaw and enjoying the beauty of nature. Suddenly some memories of childhood came to mind.

When I was a child, I used to look at the side of the road while traveling in cars or rickshaw. All the shops and trees along the road would move very fast while travelling. I had no idea about motion then. I thought it was really moving away. When I used to travel on the same road again, will see that everything is the same as before. Then I thought to myself how all these things are in their place as before. Everything was going with me that day. At that time such a silly issue was a matter of huge concern.

The memories of the night journey are even more ridiculous and fun. During the night journey, if you open the car and look outside, you can see a huge moon in the sky. Since the car was running then, so looking at the sky, it seemed that the sheet was moving fast along with the car. It would have been fun to see the scenario. Sometimes the moon would fall off for a high rise building. That time moon could be seen in the gaps of the building. These memories will never be forgotten.

Another interesting childhood memory is my cousin was scared to see his shadow. He would start crying when he saw his own shadow. He thought it was a monster that had come to harm him. We all used to laugh a lot about this and start leg pulling. In fact, when he did not want to eat properly, his mother used to frighten him with shadows and he used to eat everything in fear. Even today all my cousins burst out laughing when remember our childhood memories. Those memories will never be forgotten.
