It's my birthday!

Birthday means one more year of life. That is why we are slowly getting older. So technically, we should not celebrate this day. But still it is like a tradition. Everyone celebrates this day as they wish. I wouldn't say everyone but most people like to celebrate their birthdays. Again, there are many who go through this day just like a normal day.

I have been celebrating this day since I was a child. This was one of my favorite days of the whole year. Because on this day, all the closest people I have, they make me feel very special. Everybody used to send messages, some are sent presents as well then I used to cut cakes and do many more things on this day. I used to wait for when the day would come in my childhood.

It's not that I don't celebrate my birthday when I grow up, I mean at the present time. I still celebrate my birthday with the people closest to me. But now the excitement level is not the same as before. But must say, I'm surrounded by such lovely people Alhamdulillah who make me feel really special on that day and I feel blessed to have them.

This year's has been celebrated as usual. Although I had no plans. But as I said before there are some people around me whose excitement is many times more than mine these days. So today was the day for them. When I wake up in the morning, my parents give me a warm hug and wish me success. Then my mom prepares the my favorite breakfast for me. My parents and I took breakfast together. Since I had plans for noon and night, we spent our family time together in the morning.

I was supposed to have lunch at noon with my dearest one. Since it was a Friday, we went out after the Friday prayers. He brought me a beautifully decorated cake and we cut it together. The cake was super yummy. I received my birthday gift a few days ago. I was stunned and surprised to receive such a lovely present. Thank to him. Then we have lunch together. Then we set out to go to the next venue. Due to heavy traffic on the road, we were late. My cousins had already arrived before us. We all have grand dinner. They also arranged a nice cake for me, we cut it together and have fun. After dinner, I returned home and saw my parents was sitting with my favorite items in dinner table. Though I was full, still at the dinner table with them. I would like to thank everyone for giving me such a beautiful day and make me feel special.
