February 25th, 2021There wasn't too much delegation activity this week other than a small increase from @rosmadirazali. Every little bit counts, so I upped my @asean.hive delegation a bit too to keep things flowing onward and upward. Also, it looks like we may be getting wifi installed in our room very soon, and that will be a real game changer for our Hive-tivities. I can't thank you delegators enough for your contributions, and I am always happy to give 100% of the rewards away each week for this post.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every Saturday I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you Hivers (except [me] @justinparke, @kidsisters, & @sreypov), with a minimum of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are four separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and more fair.
This week's total effective HP is 61,687, and total delegated HP (43,043 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP) is 58,478 HP, so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
The more you delegate, the greater your chances are to win, and this weekly raffle is just a fun way to reward supporters of Southeast Asian content on Hive.

Good luck ASEAN but be carefully about Oil price
Luckily ASEAN HIVE runs on Cambodian hydropower. My tuk-tuk needs diesel though, but luckily it gets 132km/l, so oil price is no problem.

I am slowly increasing my delegation each week, but unfortunately we are only keeping up with HIVE inflation lately. I still have faith we'll see HIVE hit $2 or $3 again this year.
