Saludos amigos de Hive, les envío bendiciones antetodo, deseando que se encuentren con buena salud y mucha, mucha energía positiva, de esta forma nada de lo que hagan puede salir mal.

Hoy hablaré un poco sobre la nueva variante del Covid-19 y su facilidad de contagio.

En mi país Venezuela, las cifras de contagio con la nueva variante del Covid-19, van en aumento. Prácticamente es imposible andar por la calle, sin escuchar a alguien toser, y quejarse de manifestar síntomas asociados al Coronavirus.

Las consultas y salas de hospitalización del centro de salud donde hago vida, están repletas de pacientes con sintomatología respiratoria y la gran mayoría dan resultados positivos al Covid-19.

El personal de salud, está entregado en cuerpo y alma a atender todos los casos de forma eficaz y oportuna, es un trabajo arduo, y que sin duda requiere mucha energía.

El virus se esparce fácilmente, generando angustia y ansiedad. Muchas personas exageran en cuanto al coronavirus, y si, definitanente es un tema muy delicado, pero no debe estar asociado con la muerte.

Es por ello que debemos educarnos en cuanto a las medidas de seguridad y sobretodo ponerlas en práctica.

Lavarte las manos constantemente con agua y jabón, no tocarte la cara, taparnos la boca con el antebrazo al estornudar o toser, y evitar el contacto físico al saludar son algunas medidas preventivas que debemos tener presente.

Asimismo se debe confiar en los médicos y acatar a sus consejos ayudará a nuestra sociedad a mantener la salud y armonía. No es necesario entrar en angustia.

Por otra parte la vacuna brindará protección, y aquí debo hacer énfasis cada vez que tengo oportunidad, ya que es es el único medio real para estar protegidos contra esta y otras variantes que pueda a llegar a tener el Covid-19.

Es importante destacar que el Omicron se muestra mucho menos letal en comparación con otras variantes, sin embargo también tiene sus complicaciones, sobretodo en pacientes mayores de 70 años de edad, o personas que tengan patologías de base, por lo tanto cuidarse es la clave.

Debemos tomar conciencia, entender que el virus está en todos lados, en personas, superficies y objetos, por lo tanto el esfuerzo en cuidarnos es lo que nos traerá la victoria.

Health personnel are dedicated body and soul to attending to all cases in an efficient and timely manner. It is hard work, and it undoubtedly requires a lot of energy.

The virus spreads easily, generating anguish and anxiety. Many people exaggerate about the coronavirus, and yes, it is definitely a very sensitive topic, but it should not be associated with death.

That is why we must educate ourselves regarding security measures and above all put them into practice.

Constantly washing your hands with soap and water, not touching your face, covering your mouth with your forearm when sneezing or coughing, and avoiding physical contact when greeting are some preventive measures that we must keep in mind.

Likewise, doctors should be trusted and following their advice will help our society maintain health and harmony. It is not necessary to go into anguish.

On the other hand, the vaccine will provide protection, and here I must emphasize whenever I have the opportunity, since it is the only real means to be protected against this and other variants that Covid-19 may have.
